I went to Wickes to get a wardrobe pole and some stones to go into a pot for replanting a tree. A very helpful member of staff called Paul was just brilliant. He is a great asset to your company and your store. He definitely went above and beyond to help me. It didn’t matter to him that I wasn’t spending a fortune, he just simply wanted to assist. He made my day and I could stop talking about him to my partner when I got home. Lovely person and just so friendly. Please let Paul know that I really appreciated his help. The products that I purchased was good value for money and cheaper than the competitors. Thank you

I had an outstanding shopping experience at Wickes Sutton thanks to Mr. Rosh, the Operational Manager. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely helpful throughout my visit. His excellent suggestions made choosing the right products so much easier, and he went above and beyond to ensure I found exactly what I needed.
It’s rare to come across such dedicated customer service these days. Mr. Rosh’s positive attitude, patience, and expertise truly made a difference. I always pop into my local Wickes Sutton branch and always find it very organised and welcoming. Tracey was on the checkout two days in a row and her service was polite and very helpful. It’s so refreshing to receive such personalised customer service and makes a big difference.

I visited the Sutton store yesterday to purchase some paving slabs. The slabs were at stock in the store but the store system would not allow the delivery option. The operations manager, Rosh, tried several options to help me but finally the only option left was to load the slabs in my car. Rosh carried the slabs and loaded them to my car. I was extremely pleased with the service I got and in my opinion Dosh displayed excellent customer interface skills. I must also say that I was very pleased with all the other staff in the store who helped me in this endeavour.

Fantastic service by the gentleman Roch who I believe is the operations manager. Took his time to explaining how we could get a trade account open also explain the benefits overall the staff in this facility are very helpful.

You know your email does not make sense as You are suggesting we have just decided in 2023 to complain to your CEO, and our guarantees would be out of date, but no we have been complaining about our kitchen and installation since December 2018!! Wickes customer service/complaints handlers/Installation managers are the ones that have taken us to where we are and used all our time up...refer back to our original CEO complaint letter which Heather Pell took up and dealt with until Wickes time wasting strategy of passing through many hands got to you...AMAZING. As a reminder the branch managers who came here with their designers even told us that as the installation is not completed properly since 2018 your guarantees have NOT even started yet...( repeating myself to you ). Obviously Wickes do not recognise their managers authority...AGAIN AMAZING..Im sure your manager/team leader/CEO/previous customer care specialists did look at things differently than you. HOW can this be? We even had the worktop changed ( compensation was agreed)( faulty workmanship with the join and was not supported with battens underneath, so very dangerous ) to one which we did not originally have (pictures sent to your colleague MAX ) and we have not had the new replacement door which I asked for which falls under the guarantee.



I ask you to relook at the compensation figures, and this time make an offer that, considering what we have been through, represents our stress and time consumed since 2018 by this issue, and not an insult to our intelligence.

The staff in there are so lovely! The lady called Tracy help me with figuring out what soil to use for my plants as I’m terrible at figuring that out 😂. Lovely woman with so much patience!

Angela Chinyere designed our kitchen perfectly to meet our needs. Nothing was too much trouble, with my multiple changes!

Our fitter, Paul Lenny, was amazing and did a brilliant job. We found him polite, accommodating and very professional, the kitchen looks amazing.

There’s a current issue with using gift cards on line so I was a little annoyed as I wanted a home delivery for a bulky item therefore a trip to the store seemed a waste of time. Came into the sutton branch and Roshan exceeded my expectations, fully resolved my problems, put a new online order thru with my gift cards and sorted me with next day delivery. Couldn’t ask for more. Lady on the till was also super polite and helpful.
