Wickes - Sunderland Omdömen 

Dawn and Delene were excellent with us today in Wickes store Sunderland. Great customer service, advice and product knowledge all demonstrated.

I could not find one of the products I needed whilst working on a project for Easter. Charlotte was asked to assist which she done successfully with enthusiasm and a smile . Charlotte helped to make my Easter a happy one. Well done. I am sure other members of staff at this branch are also as good . Thumbs up

Just had our kitchen designed and fitted by Wickes Sunderland and we couldn't be happier. We always found our old "L" shape kitchen to lack cupboard space and work top area and the designer Sue came up with a design that gave us more of both and also had an integrated dining area. Now that it is installed, we somehow have a lot more in our kitchen, but also have a lot more space. We can't thank Sue enough for her brilliant design and patience when dealing with us (we changed our minds about colour and worktops etc and nothing was an issue to Sue) and most of all for getting it within our budget. We would also like to thank the installers Dan and Sam from HD Kitchens NE LTD who were Wickes recommended installers for the job. These lads were brilliant and made our install less stressful. They made everything go perfect, cleaned up every day after they finished and Dan came on the last day to check everything over and even give advice on the appliances and what to use for cleaning and maintaining the kitchen. A great all round experience and all completed in the stated time. Perfect.

Amazing helpful staff positive to each other and customers

Very happy with our new kitchen from start to finish the whole process ran smoothly from creating our kitchen design with Sophie who was very helpful and gave us some great ideas to the delivery service which was done very quickly. The kitchen we purchased was all high end appliances according to our kitchen fitter not supplied by wickes overall we are very pleased with the outcome we would definitely recommend.

Fantastic service from both Heather and David , we have been getting boxes of all the farmhouse ties in all five colous ,they found and organised deliver to my home realy pleased with the level of service and as far as i am concerned went above and beyond looking after us and was probably the reason we are seriously looking at there Tiverton kitchen really impressed thank you for all your help and will see you soon.

Adil was great from our first appointment! As he designed our kitchen he was very patient and gave great advice when we were unsure of anything. We never felt rushed and he listened to all of our ideas. We are so happy with his design and the quality of the kitchen. Would recommend him 10/10.

Ive shopped at Wickes for over 20 year and found them to be professional and friendly - until a few weeks ago .
I am a tradesman and occasionally I have to return items that I bought too many of or the client has changed their mind . Due to the semi regularity of this , Ive a 'gift card' that the staff normally add whatever credit I have from the return to it .
A few weeks ago , I returned several items , one of which I had the receipt for and three I didnt , I asked the young man on the till if he could put the items that I stupidly didnt have a receipt for onto my card and cash for the 1 item I had the receipt for - instead he said he had put all the credit ( just under £20 ) onto the card . I thought this strange at the time , I thought it even stranger when I checked the receipt and the return that had a receipt said I had been given cash. ! Due to being late for a job , I had no time to sort it out .
A few days later I was back at wicked and tried to use my 'gift card ' and the card was completely EMPTY , almost £20 nowhere to be seen . I was furious , but a women said to phone head office - which I did . I eventually got through , they said to hang on as they would phone my local branch . Came back 2 minutes later saying that they had spoke to my branch but I needed to go into store to 'sort it' , which I did but the team hadnt even received a call from customer services .
A young man , who I took to be assistant manager was very helpful but still couldnt trace where the money has gone , so Im basically almost £20 and no one is responsible and no one can trace it - After 20 + years of shopping their several times every week , I had expected more .

Adhil from wickes helped with us with the kitchen design. Once it was to our satisfaction, we decided to proceed with the kitchen installation. Adhil was very friendly and approachable, answering all our questions and doubts cleared at every stage of the process.
Then Thomas was appointed to instal our kitchen who was also very friendly and approachable. Electricians and gas technician were the same.
All of the staff at wickes and contractors have been really professional efficient.
Our kitchen turned out to be the same as we imagined and designed.
