Wickes - Haverfordwest Omdömen

Brilliant customer service and she knew exactly what I wanted re the bathroom design, and always responded promptly to any queries I had.

Terry
from the Haverfordwest store has been very helpful on two separate occasions.
Helping us with picking spot lights and click flooring👍

Great choice of products, helpful staff, Karen at the Haverfordwest branch was very helpful, thanks

Very helpful & knowledgeable staff. Karen was Particularly helpful in locating an item, she knew exactly where it was located & is always a cheerful, friendly when we shop at Wickes.

Alice Holmes (design consultant) was very helpful and professional throughout the whole process. 5 stars!

Our installer was quick and confident. 5 stars!
But Wickes Customer Service didn't really contact us so we had to do a lot of managing ourselves, which sucked!

Natural Stone Surfaces were rubbish! They held up the whole process and potentially ruined Christmas, can you believe it!
Plus their measurements were off and it all went pear shaped and smelly.

Basically, individuals did a good job but big boss Wickes were slackin'.

Silly Wickes. 2 stars.

Reviews are strange because nothing will come of this.

Alice, from Haverfordwest, paid us a home visit yesterday to assist with a full upgrade of our kitchen. She was very patient, yet extremely helpful in making suggestions which we had not considered. Looking forward to seeing what she has planned for us when we visit the store on Sunday.

Needed a small piece of OSB so had a look on the web and cut sizes were very expensive and I couldn't fit a panel in the car. I had a look at Wickes and the panel pricing was very competitive and better still delivery was only £4!. Placed my order and communication about when it would arrive was good and delivery quick. Really happy with the service.

Very helpful. Listened to what we wanted. Didn’t suggest things at higher prices if it wasn’t needed

There is a boy Alex there who helped me and my partner out with directions for what we needed and very friendly at the checkout. Thank you again Alex

Alex made it so much easier for me, so warm welcoming and easy to talk too. Credit to professionalism.

Gareth was very helpfull and knowledgable throughout the process and helped us a great deal in chosing our kitchen

Great design service. Very helpful designer, allowing me to take all the time I liked, coming up with useful suggestions and solutions. Very happy with end result. Thank you

Having been gifted some gift cards for Wickes, we had to go into store to use as they can't be used online . So the assistant Hue helped to do a return and sort out our order and the 6 gift cards, you could not fault his service to us and the way he helped.

Gareth from Haverfordwest was great very helpful highly recommended one of the best

Gareth was very professional in all the meetings we had, both at our cottage, and in store. He was very helpful with designing our small bathroom. He is a credit to Wickes.

I went to look at buying a new kitchen and was seen by Gareth. Gareth helped me to understand the different options available to me including styles and prices. He came up with multiple kitchen designs and was so patient when I kept swapping and changing my mind and asking for different add ons and quotes. Gareth was always contactable and quick to respond to all my emails. Gareth went over and above to ensure that I was happy with the design and made sure I got the best possible price. I would highly recommend buying a kitchen through Wickes because of the experience I had. Gareth took the stress away and was always enthusiastic about creating a kitchen I loved. Gareth also helped me with purchasing floor tiles and helped me calculate how many I would need and arranged for all the tiles to be delivered from another store so they were from the same batch.

Gareth Davies our designer came to visit us as arranged even though there was a thick snowfall. (He never made it home and had to sleep at someone's near his stranded car). He had a good draught for us when we visited the store later in the week. He showed us all the options and was very patient as we checked and double checked our final choices. Gareth was able to offer his expertise when we had various options we could go for, which was very useful. It was a really pleasant experience to design our new kitchen

Buying a kitchen is a significant investment and also about personal taste and priorities. Gareth was patient, professional and knowledgeable which all added up to a perfectly positive experience.

Very helpful with kitting out our club kitchen. Thanks Wickes.

After confusion over tile delivery- which was not down to the staff but was Wickes policy- I had to return to the Haverfordwest branch today to pick up my order. The staff were amazing - particularly Terry- who was incredibly helpful and sorted out all the problems with credits and repayment - he even helped load some items on the van- turned a bad experience into a great one. I would recommend that Wickes review and improve their delivery policy
