I found the young man called Andy most helpful. And when we couldn’t find the product he found something else that was suitable for us. A credit to your company.

Having never done any structural house renovation before, in some ways we didn't know what to expect and how best to approach it. From the initial meeting with Leigh we knew we were going to be looked after well! Leigh came to our flat and assessed the bathroom as we discussed initial thoughts and plans. He was very honest in lettings us know upfront what a realistic cost was looking at, which quickly helped us realise we working with an honest, experienced and genuine guy. Leigh pulled together our design in a few days, reflecting our intentions well through pictures of inspiration we shared.

In terms of the installation Kosta and the team were incredible! These guys went above and beyond. Not only protecting our flat floor but also the the two flights of staircases right out to the car parks with plastic film (even replacing and vacuuming half way through the installation). The team were friendly and considerate throughout ensuring they were conscious of working around the early hours to prevent disturbance to our neighbours. Key decisions were discussed to check we were happy with tile patterns, positioning of sanitaryware etc. The team even (without us asking) repainted and made good the adjacent walls, ceiling and door. We felt very comfortable with them our flat, giving them the key and letting the crack on!

Overall 10/10 super happy and definitely will be working with Leigh, Kosta and the team on our next project!

Six years ago I went to Wickes for a new kitchen. My family used them and said they were excellent. They were! It all worked out so well. The designer was Leigh Joyce and the fitters Konrad and Arthur. All totally excellent. I very recently ( May 2026) needed a new bathroom with a walk- In shower. I could hardly believe my luck in finding the same team available. Leigh Joyce designed what I needed (and wanted) and contacted Konrad and Arthur for me. They are superb craftsmen. Their work is first class and they are problem solvers. They were also very kind and considerate. You won't do better than engaging them! My bathroom is very practical and it looks beautiful and I am very pleased with it.
I have to be honest. There were difficulties sometimes with parts being delivered. Or not delivered as the case may be. Specialist parts suppliers were a problem. (e.g.Bristan). Probably a modern feature but very frustrating and caused delays. Leigh and Konrad and Arthur went off to other sources to personally collect and deliver essential items. With a major refit there is obviously a great deal of waste to be removed. Wickes engaged Hippo to do this. Their first visit to collect was a disaster. They collected waste, left a trail of rubble and put the lift in this block out of service. They were booked to return to complete the collection from my garage. They did not turn up when booked but eventually did many days later and they did a very good job leaving the place clean and tidy. Because of their delays I was unable to use my garage for approx. ten days. A major problem for me.
I tell it like it is! But my lasting impression is that Wickes, Leigh, Konrad and Arthur and the Customer Care Team got the project through and were very nice to deal with and I have a very nice bathroom.

We made an appointment with Miaran Dil at the Apex Retail Park, Hanworth store for Monday 25th May 2026. We took along a scale plan of our kitchen with all measurements, some photos and our own ideas. Miaran said our plan was a good one, but that he could usefully tweak it He then spent around 30 minutes inputting all the information into your system. When he tried to save the plan the system crashed and he lost all the work he’d just done,

Miaran said he couldn’t immediately re-input it because he had another customer appointment, but that he’d do it later that day and email the design to us. 3 days later we’re still waiting, with no contact except for the request to write this review of the appointment! Not impressed!

Visited and very busy low staffed wicks today in Hanworth .
I was really struggling with carrying some gravel bags .
A young gentleman staff member passed me on his way to lunch . He noticed I was struggling and offered help me with kindness and care . I am extremely grateful and impressed with the care given to.

I had a really positive experience at Wickes in Hanworth thanks to Callum. He was incredibly helpful from the moment I approached him—friendly, approachable, and clearly knowledgeable about the products. He took the time to listen to what I needed and offered practical, honest advice that made a real difference to my project.
It’s not always easy to find staff who genuinely care, but Callum went above and beyond to make sure I left confident with the right materials. His attitude and professionalism really stood out, and it made the whole visit much more enjoyable.

I recently visited the Wickes store at Apex Retail Park and spent around **£700 on bathroom furniture and other items**.

Unfortunately, despite being a genuine customer using the retail park parking only for shopping at Wickes, I later received a parking charge from Euro Car Parks for allegedly exceeding the parking limit by around **20 minutes**.

What was disappointing was not just the parking charge itself, but the lack of support from Wickes when I contacted customer services. As a customer who spent a significant amount in the store, I had hoped Wickes would assist in resolving the situation with their parking operator.

The signage regarding parking restrictions at Apex Retail Park was also not particularly prominent, and it is quite easy for customers spending time browsing larger purchases to slightly exceed the limit.

I have generally had positive experiences with Wickes in the past, which is why this situation was particularly disappointing. I hope Wickes will reconsider how situations like this are handled, especially when genuine customers are involved.

I cannot praise Leigh Joyce (Design Consultant) enough for the smooth and efficient service at the start of the project. I also received excellent service from our Installer (Fixco Ltd, Oleg) who produced a seamless kitchen design.
Leigh explained everything really well and advised us on products as well as materials and colours for our kitchen. The communication with Leigh was also great throughout.
However, Wickes' communication throughout the project was poor. We were waiting for one small item which was not delivered in the original delivery, which was part of our wall unit. Not only did it not arrive in the original delivery which was at the end of October, but it was only communicated to me that it was out of stock at the beginning of January. I asked to be kept informed of when it came back in stock but I found myself being the one to reach out to get an update. My kitchen has finally been completed as of 13.02.26 but it was quite the journey to get to this point.

Was helped by Dil for a bath and toilet, he was so helpful, made the process really easy, did our order, gave us all the paperwork. Excellent service thank you Dil

Hanworth store: Unhelpful staff
After buying coal and kindling I left the store and the kindling bag split all over the place. There were three staff members outside the door all having a fag break, all of whom watched the bag split and stood by while I picked up all the kindling up and took it back into the store for an exchange.
Not one of the three offered to help and I mentioned their 'customer service' or lack thereof as I re-entered the store and was met with disdain.
Not a good look for Wickes - suggest you tell staff to smoke out of sight of the public - three staff off the shop floor all at once.

Great service from start to finish via Leigh, Hanworth. Leigh took our brief and made it a reality in 6/7 weeks. Very easy process listening and guiding us with his years of experience. Thank you Leigh! So good we need more units for a new project!

We recently completed a renovation for our bathroom with Wickes. Our design consultant Leigh Joyce was friendly and attentive throughout the entire procedure, and the installers were swift and a pleasure to have around.

The store kitchen designer Anureet was very professional and well informed of the products sold. We would highly recommend to visit the Hanworth branch for a first class service.

There was excellent customer service, especially from one sales advisor: Callum. He was really helpful in giving us information and helping us all the things we needed to paint an area of our home as well as putting things in the trolley for us while we shopped . Then he went the extra mile by taking our items to the car and loading it for us. Which my mum especially appreciated as she suffers from a bad shoulder. Thank you so much

It was quick and simple to book the measurement appointment. Coming in, the kitchen design was ready for my viewing and it looked great.

I was sent down Wickes by my husband, but when I got there unclear of what option to buy of bonding, plus was too heavy to carry. Ty was extremely helpful, pulled my trolley round the store, help me get the correct item as husband was then not answering. Plus assisted me to the car with the heavy goods. Excellent customer service, of which made a very frustrating experience of not knowing what to but pleasurable.
