Wickes - Bury Omdömen 

I went shopping in my local wickes on Wednesday never been in before always used the competition. What a friendly store. I was first greeted by Sue on the till who was cheerful and said hello. I could not find what I was looking for and I asked Sue who was lovely and showed me to what I needed. I will definitely go into store again

I’m always greeted by a smile and friendly conversation when I see Laura. Great member of the wickes team, it’s a pleasure to as always thanks to Laura.

I have a Wickes trade card and buy materials around a dozen times a week from the Bury branch. I try to gravitate to Sue when paying as she always has a cheery smile and processes everything speedily. She always makes it a pleasurable experience!

I was served by a young lady with a reddish hair colour today who made a mistake whilst serving and charged me double for one item. When I spoke to her about it she apologised and immediately resolved the issue by giving me a refund. Thank you for your honesty

I work close to the store in Bury and I am in there most days. when I am in the store Sue on the tills is always welcoming and helpful. Any questions I have are always answered by her or she gets me another member of the team.

Sue always makes our experience great she always goes above and beyond creating a great friendly atmosphere, I buy all my materials from Wickes mainly because of sue, she brightens up our day and she is a delight to be served by, keep up the good work Sue your the best.

Jenny D at the Bury store took me through the design process for a new bathroom. I had minimal ideas so she was very patient and gave me the inspiration to design the bathroom with all the extra features I didn’t realise I wanted!

I was approached by the shift manager Nigel when I was looking at the laminate flooring. He has gone above and beyond to help me measure and understand what is needed to complete a job that I had going on at the house. I could not fault anything regarding Nigel, very well presented very open and honest.

Was looking for decking boards and paint and was helped by a chap called Steve H who guided me through everything Wickes has to offer. Just waiting for my joiner to tell me how many boards I need and which stain and I’ll be back to Wickes to place an order

Kirsty from Wickes Bury was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She is professional, polite and can't do enough to help you. I have been using wickes for years and will continue to do so. Highly recommended.

Abbie at the bury branch helped me through every step of my order. And also helped with a problem with my trade card
Which she negotiated easily and helpfully.

They ruined my bathroom by wrongly designing. Designer added a tower unit which doesn’t fit in this space. And because I started fitting the bathroom after a month wicks refused to take the extra unit back. And very poor and complicated customer service.
For kitchen and bathroom 30 day returning policy is a scam.
Please do not buy your dream bathroom and kitchen from them.
And finally the product quality is very poor for their pricing.

This review is for Wickes store in Bury, greater Manchester.
Today, I went to the store to look for floor tiles. Steve W showed me the samples I could buy and return for a refund. He also explained that delivery is £4 which would mean the tiles would be delivered to my door saving me the trouble of taking them out of my car when I got them home.
I was very grateful for a warehouse assistant who had knowledge, was very approachable, friendly and professional too.
When I arrived at the till to pay for the tile samples, the cashier Sue was smiling and also gave excellent customer service.
This was a pleasant surprise because my husband and I have had some negative experiences, previously from younger female staff who were not friendly or courteous and had minimum product knowledge or any desire to help us as customers: so today was very refreshing.

Many thanks to Jenny for helping plan a bespoke bathroom to meet my Dad’s needs. Lots of choices and colour schemes. Meticulously planned out. Can’t wait to see it become a reality.

The designer that attended to I and my wife was superb, had a really lovely and welcoming time with her.

Manager would not process a refund even though I had proof of purchase, and Wicks had my card details and purchase transaction, obviously the manager couldn't be bothered to look through to find the transaction.
The manager came across lazy and arrogant.
