Wickes - Bexhill Omdömen 

What a great service from Jon Heys your kitchen designer. From start to finish he was knowledgeable, patient and helpful. Really happy with my kitchen. So many to choose from and great selection of appliances.

Jon, the design consultant, was attentive, friendly and efficient throughout, really happy with the service so far and we loved the CAD mock-up of our new bathroom!

Placed an order to collect some bits, process was simple enough staff at the branch was friendly.

Items/stock good quality.

I visited Wickes at Bexhill before Christmas to match paint for their fitted kitchen cupboards. I was served by a young lady who said they. No longer had the colour I wanted and was a little unhelpful in continuing with my search.
I decided to try again after Christmas. This time I was served by Emma who went was charming, helpful and knowledgeable in helping me find what I wanted, it took some time but it was as though she’d taken a degree in the use of the paint mixing machine and her ability to match my colour. If you want a paint match ask for Emma, well done to you.

We've always been loyal Wickes customers and would go there first before B&Q and alikes however after yesterday's poor customer service we won't be visiting as often.

We drove all the way from Eastbourne to Bexhill to pick up timber (Eastbourne branch didn't have any) but when we we got there there was only one on display despite the website for this branch stating 7 in stock so we had no choice but to buy a primed version of exactly same batten which was £2 more expensive. We asked the manager if he can sell these for the same price as the unprimed version as a form of compensation for misleading advertising on the website and our wasted time driving all this way. He simply said "No". Being store manager one would have thought it's his responsibility to make sure the inventory numbers are kept up to date!

For that reason from now on we will be going to other merchants as our first choice.

Edit: got contacted by Wickes here saying that someone from the local branch will contact me. They do have my email and phone but that never happened.

We just stopped using Wickes as our go-to place altogether.

So I saw a kitchen sink on line , which was not an on line only product it was on at a reduced rate. So I called my nearest wicks to check stock. Was told there were 3. So w days later, once I spoken with my fitters to approve I went to purchase in store yo find the price had gone up! Only that morning it was showing reduced price.
Bottom line is they would not honour this price. Seems I should have read the tiny tiny t and c that they can change price whenever. Also when I called 2 days before I should have taken staff members name. Who really remembers names on phone? Or maybe is just me. Not sure where that would have lead anyway. May have got a shop floor staff into trouble? The manager obviously has no people skills nor authority to make decisions.

Seems the customer is always wrong. How times have changed. This on line product was mis selling.

We popped into Wicks Bexhill to look at the kitchen range. Initially we were just going to change the doors as Wicks do a walk out stock. But then we meet Kylie! A lovely respectful kitchen designer who took us through the bespoke kitchen range. Designed our kitchen but worked with our £3k granite worktops, which we needed to keep. We have the home survey this week, with installation on the date we picked. So far so good! Price was reasonable and Kylie was a wizzard on the Design Software. ( Will revise after installation) October 2024.

I buy from Wickes all the time but I'd not bought a kitchen. I liked the Sofia range and decided get a price. One of the kitchen employees - George came to my home and measured up, then - the next day - I went into the store at Bexhill and saw the computer mock up - all dimensions plotted and units in place so I could visualise it. Fantastic! We talked through options and I ordered and paid for my kitchen there and then. George was great as he wasn't pushy, just guided me, and advised through options. Great price for a stylish kitchen. Top marks!

Would be hard to rate George and the team from Wickes (Ravenside Store at Bexhill) in any other way. From the same day visit by George following our telephone enquiry, through the design, supply and installation of our 2 bathrooms by Gary & son have nothing but praise for the service. Glad we went to Wickes in the first place.

So pleased I chose wickes for my new kitchen. From speaking with geaorge Casterton in store( he was very patient and understanding as I kept changing my mind. But with his expertise and my daughters eye for design I'm so very pleased with the chouxes made. Can't fault paul the kitchen fitter either for his workmanship and great work ethics, making sure my house/drive and neighbours drives were all cleaned each evening. And finally for customer experience team for follow ups afterwards....great all round experience...good job Wickes and all teams involved.

Nothing is ever too much at this branch. We’ve been slowly fitting a kitchen and have opened a couple of damaged doors over the course of the last couple of months. Every time we’ve come in and seen Kylie who has always alleviated the stress and taken the matters into her own hands to get new doors out. She’s gone above and beyond post sale for us, making a big project that little bit less stressful.

Not interested when they have been paid, truely shocking service, wish i went elsewhere,never again

Amy from Bexhill Wickes is Amazing, Efficient, Helpful and above all understanding. Amy is the perfect kitchen designer who pays as much attention to detail as she does with her customers. She is so patient and nothing is too much trouble. Amy has also given us impeccable after sales service which can be a rare find these days. Always there to support us even when decisions we made were not quite right. Amy continued to support and give us reassurance and now we have our dream kitchen. Thank you so much Amy, you are an absolute asset to Wickes and to all your current and future clients.

We came into store with kitchen plans and came across Kylie who was kind enough to help us out to plan our kitchen. She managed to make my vision work and come to life and nothing was ever too much for her, who even helped after a technical error with the supplier to make sure our worktops got delivered. She was patient with our various visits and gave amazing service. What a asset to the team!
