Wickes - Aylesbury Omdömen 

Went into wickes yesterday evening this lovely young lady behind the till had great customer service and was very friendly.

Contacted via the community programme for a local charity, visited store, staff welcoming and helpful. Really appreciate your support and your kindness. 5* customer service!

Martin has been incredibly helpful with designing our new kitchen. Highly recommend.

Visited to buy bespoke paint - staff member stopped what she was doing to help me - gave excellent advice and mixed paint swiftly. Polite friendly nd helpful staff member - well done

Martin at the Aylesbury store was so helpful in advising us on the kitchen design for the flat. We had to make some adjustments and he made us aware of all the T&C's and options etc

Whenever I visit the store, staff are friendly and very helpful. Millie and Dave were excellent today with Millie getting my order through very efficiently so delivery could happen tomorrow.

Our consultant was Michaela. From start to finish she was professional and nothing was too much trouble. We changed our minds several times and she was happy to amend our plans. Throughout the process she made everything very clear and I would highly recommend Wickes for bathroom and kitchen purchases.

On Sunday I visited the Aylesbury store and a guy called Chris helped me with my enquiries and my order. I explained I have disabilities he went out of his way with walking me around to the items I needed to order. His manager Dave was very helpful aswell and he helped me with something else. I will definitely be back to the store after today's experience with the help I received.

I popped into Wickes today and received some amazing customer service from Millie. Millie served me quickly and efficiently and made my Wickes experience fantastic. Will definitely be returning to this shop. Thank you Millie!

When picking up an order, one of the assistants at the desk noticed that there was a fault in a piece of wood in the pack that I was collecting, and she asked the chap who brought it to me to change it. I might not have even checked so it was very helpful. Her name is Denise and I appreciated her intervention.

Store had everything i needed, click and collect was efficient and staff were very helpful with exchanges

I feel the need to share my experience from my last visit to the Aylesbury branch. I was buying some timber for a decking project. When i entered the store i found a colleague called Harry and asked for help. He had helped me find all the products i need and his knowledge and experience with the products in store was amazing. The timber was also great quality and straight which is hard to find in most other DIY stores. I was then served by clarice who made sure i had everything else i needed before i left the store. She also offered for some assistance to the car which i accepted. She called for a colleague to help me when the store manager Steve overheard and came over to assist me, he helped me load my vehicle and wished me a great weekend. For this i will always shop at this store.

I recently went into the Aylesbury store where I found the team to be amazingly helpful. I’ve been debating a kitchen renovation for a while. I thought perhaps I could do it all myself. So I went in and the staff were super helpful. I met with a guy named Steve. I believe he was the manager. He had the time to chat to me. Not just about what I was in for but general chat that made me feel very welcome. He explained that they had their own design consultants that could help me with my project and introduced me to Chloe. She was professional, courteous and friendly. She took the time to find out what it was I wanted and came up with some amazing solutions. I’d been in a few places and found them quite pushy with their tactics but wickes was a different experience. It was relaxing and easy and Chloe showed she really knows what she is talking about. From possible building amendments to how the install process will take place. I have taken away the information and I will 100% be following up. Everyone in store had a smile and the store was surprisingly tidy. Strange how a hardware store can give you such a nice experience.

We had some problems with the design due to certain items (I.e. boiler, electrics) not being able to be moved. A very small space to work with but with some imagination we got there and have a lovely new kitchen that maximises the space we have.

Elliot the store manager and all the staff I dealt with were fantastic. The store supported us with supplies for our PTA Forest School.

Set with a target of creating more storage with such a tiny space, we cannot thank Chloe Folds - our kitchen designer at Wickes Aylesbury - enough!
She understood the assignment and got cracking designing us our (small but perfectly formed) kitchen of dreams. It is beautiful!
We are so happy with the end result and Chloe is a credit to Wickes.
Shout out to our fitter Mark and electrician Kevin who made the fit seamless and hassle free for us.

The design consultant, Martin Clarke, is very helpful and understands your needs.
He designed our kitchen 2 years ago, which we are very happy with, so we went to him when we wanted our bathroom redesigned. He adds value and takes the time to get to know what you really want and need.
He knows the products very well and does not oversell them. Thank you Martin
