Jon served me and spent time with me helping to sort out and agree my order. He was very efficient and friendly. A great experience for ne buying products im not familiar with buying. Great service.

I bought some paint at the Wicks in Alton Hants, I was helped by the assistance who mixed up a colour for me. He was very polite and helpful, his name is Guyo

I walked into Wickes as a confused woman with a vague plan, no measurements, and the quiet confidence of someone who absolutely did *not* know what they were doing. Enter: Guyo.

Guyo calmly listened to my rambling explanation, translated it into actual hardware language, and then proceeded to help me find *everything* I needed—without once making me feel silly or overwhelmed. Honestly, if Wickes sold “sense of direction” and “clarity,” I’m convinced Guyo would know exactly which aisle they’re in.

Top-tier customer service, friendly, knowledgeable, and saved me from wandering the store aimlessly for hours. If you’re lost in Wickes, find Guyo.

Staff were welcoming of me and my dog (offered a treat which Bear always appreciates). Staff member Guyo came over and offered friendly advice on paint and gave options for what I was looking for.

It was a tough day for me but Guyo helped me with the products I needed. Great service and really friendly.

The team here are customer friendly and supportive. Guyo especially was attentive and helpful in setting my account up and selecting the right products.

We decided that we would use Wickes for our new kitchen although I will be fitting it myself. We were dealt with by Denise Jones who I would fully recommend as she was very professional and came up with all sorts of useful ideas and suggestions. She was also honest when we came up with an idea that she didn’t think would work. Although now retired I was in sales and you need to give people time to make decisions which is exactly what Denise did. I would give her 6 out of 5 if I could!
