Was looking for a plumbing part
Was looking for a plumbing part to connect washing machine pipe to external pipe. Asked 2 of the staff for assistance who were both apologetic that they were not confident to advise but suggested I spoke to Peter.
Peter W was extremely helpful and found the correct part & then explained how to connect the two pipes.
Reassured that we could bring it back to the store & they would help further if we had a problem.

He took the time to answer all my questions, gave excellent advice, and made sure I found exactly what I needed. Nothing was too much trouble, and his customer service was outstanding from start to finish.

Popped in to collect some paint samples and was served by Guyo, amazing customer service
He helped me open my Trade Pro account which will save me during my next project. I was on a tight timescale the day I went in and Guyo recognised this and dealt with everything quickly, thank you so much!

Anna and Mikey at the Alton store in Hampshire provided a great service. Anna in particular worked really hard to understand what I needed and the best way to provide it. She then introduced me to the Pro app which I signed up to. This has helped a lot in my landlord work and gets me a discount too! Top service and very friendly too.
