Bought used audio high end audio equipment from them. Works perfectly. the advert was clear on its condition and it arrived well packed in that exact condition. I feel like I've got a bit of a bargain as it includes a warranty.

I had to return an amplifier due to a fault with it - ok, no problem, these things happen occasionally. All my interactions with whybuynew were friendly, reassuring and efficient. The Returns process was very easy. On phoning them there was no quibble when I asked for a refund. The money was in my bank within a few working days; I didn't need to do any chasing. I certainly would order from them again - top marks!

This is now the fifth Tri-Splicer we've purchased ontop of those purchased from our advise to other contractors, there brilliant, the fact we keep getting them for additional personnel says it all but the customer service you get from WhyBuyNew is second to NONE. This most recent purchase was completed while we were on site, it was delivered to site with instructions for next day pre 10;30 and to call us once arrived for us to collect and it was all completed without any hassle through WBN.

Excellent customer’s service. Searched online and found 2 prices for the same items. Called for additional information and the person I spoke to was very helpful. Made my choice and decision to place the order based on that call.
The product was delivered the next day.
I haven’t opened the product as it is a donation to children in a School in Africa.
The only downside is the delivery who come and dump the boxes in the hallway. Maybe because I’m on the 1st floor and he didn’t want to come up.
Otherwise very satisfied with the experience.
