Dreadful company

Dreadful company. Ordered an air con unit. No follow up and after nearly a week passing got a "sorry out of stock message". Yet they happily took a significant sum of my money when knowing that to the case. Paltry offer of less quality less effective alternatives. No recognition of their responsibilities. Dreadful approach and lack of comms and complete lack of professional integrity. Sat here with no air con unit and them holding the payment made. Fraud frankly.

Do they know what they are doing

Ordered some wall lights via B & Q site and was advised later that day that they been despatched. I was given Evri's tracking number so that I could track the package. However next day I got a further e mail advising me that this item is out of stock and would have to be ordered from their factory in Germany which would take unbelievably 7 to 10 working days. Who knows if and when they will arrive.

Excellent customer service especially…

Excellent customer service especially when my order arrived damaged. Katie went out of her way to send replacement items and ensure that I was happy with my order. Highly recommend this company.

Advertise 48hr delivery but having now…

Update, seller has processed a refund and responded to issues raised hence change to rating to reflect this.

Advertise 48hr delivery but having now wited 5 business days for the order I note it is not even with the delivery agent - messages to LoopsDirect go unanswered forcing me to contact my bank for a potential refund.

To cap it all off, whilst a refund has been issued the reason given by you 'customer has changed thier mind' is not true, try 'the customer waited 5 working days for a 2 day delivery with the item having never been sent to the delivery agent and so lost confidence that the item would be sent'

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review, and I’m very sorry to hear about your experience.

I’ve looked into your order, and our system confirms that it has been dispatched. However, the courier, Evri, is currently showing that they have yet to receive it. While this is uncommon, it can occasionally happen. We have already contacted our account manager at Evri and requested a depot sweep to locate your parcel as a priority.

With regard to your comment that “messages to LoopsDirect go unanswered,” I would like to clarify our position. Your email was received at 15:37 on 14/04/2026, and as our business hours end at 5:30pm (as advertised), this left a limited window for investigation on the same day. Despite this, we responded well within 24 hours, which is in line with (and typically faster than) our stated response times.

We always aim to respond to all enquiries as quickly as possible, but resolving issues like this does require a reasonable amount of time to investigate thoroughly, particularly when they involve third-party couriers.

Once again, I sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused. A member of our team will be in touch with you directly to resolve this matter as quickly as possible.

Poor packaging ladder arrived damaged.

Loft ladder arrived damaged with one layer of cardboard protecting it. Loops reluctant to issue refund, review may be edited. Edit: they did issue a refund so 1 star goes to 3, but I fit loft ladders and would expect many arrive damaged with this little packaging being heavy bulky items.

Brilliant customer service from…

Brilliant customer service from Loopsdirect. I was after a bulb converter and hadn’t got a clue what I was on about. I spoke to Katie on the phone. She was very patient with me and pointed me in the right direction on the website. After I saw the product I was after. I placed the order over the phone with no issues. Katie said my order will be dispatched the same day. I will be using the company again and would recommend them to anyone

Excellent quality product

Well ordered thru B&Q and was supposed to be 1-2 day delivery. I called B&Q after 5 days as no delivery. They got InTouch with Loops Direct and it was delivered next day. So Loops Direct were fast and efficient. Should have ordered direct with them.

Internal Door Handle

Ordered an internal door handle that came with free delivery just before Christmas. I acknowledged that there might be a slight delay due to the festive period. I received the handle this morning. It was very well packaged.

Great service from loops direct …

Loops direct supplied me with under cupboard LED lights to replace old halogen lights that were broken. The package of lights and driver was really helpful and the lights were easy to fit and look great. I made a further order and discussed it with the customer service team who were really helpful too. All in all a really positive experience with Loops direct who I would happily use again in the future.

Slow delivery and lights don't even come with a plug!!

Bought a set of kitchen lights and paid an extra £7.50 for next day delivery. They took 5 days to arrive; so much for "next day". Utter waste of £7.50, as standard delivery was free.

What's more, the lights don't even come with a plug!! It's just a series of boxes with the lights and a transformer. I've no idea what fuse to use and there are absolutely no instructions. Appalling product and service.

Edit, a week later: have sent four emails asking them what fuse is correct. All ignored and no reply at all. Am now forced to return them, as I'm not guessing what fuse to use. Shambolic service.

Received the the TV antenna cable…

Received the the TV antenna cable extension promptly. There was a part missing. I contacted them, got an answer straight away and the missing item was sent out immediately. All working fine now.
