Custom LED Strip length order
Have used wholesale LED a few times for various led lighting jobs but mainly for their facility of being able to make custom length led strips to any length needed,Simon who assisted me with my purchase over the phone was very helpful, made the process very easy and stress free with my order being sent out the same day, was a very good price and I’ll be back again for led strip for my own personal house

Be aware that the guarantee is not fit…
Be aware that the guarantee is not fit for purpose. I purchased garden cob lighting along with transformers etc for my electrician to install in the garden. The company reassured me that the products had a 5 year guarantee as the product was so good.
Two moths in and the lights have stopped. Contacted them with pictures and they said they would fix them if I sent them back. I would need to pay my electrician to come back and uninstall and then pay again to reinstall. I explained this and they were not interested. Offered to send me a pre paid envelope. Won’t bother with needless emails and shall go through the small claims court.
My advice is to anyone looking for LED lighting, go somewhere else. They have a video on YouTube which makes you feel that they are reputable. Save yourself the hassle and go somewhere with proper customer service and satisfaction.

Svar från Wholesale LED Lights
Hi Andrew, firstly I'd like to apologise for the experience you have had with us. It is standard company procedure to get the faulty units back before we dispatch replacement lights. This is so that we can identify any faults and use them to improve the quality and durability of our products for the future. It is unfortunate that you've refused the free post label from us, as we have made attempts to absorb all of the cost that we're liable for on our side. If you change your mind, our team are still happy to help you on 0116 321 4120.
