Bad but got better!
I was initially disappointed with my service because my package came very damaged. I was so disheartened but luckily, I was able to speak with a lovely representative named Sophie. She acted very quickly to start helping with a solution. Her response alone made me want to order again. Plus the drinks here are usually very good. Thanks Sophie!

Excellent customer service
First of all, the coffee I purchased was above and beyond what I was expecting. Amazing flavours of the two I purchased.
Secondly, the service I received in the Whittard shop in Bath, was the definition of of excellent customer service.
And lastly, the communication I had on the phone, then via email was quick, very quick and my query answered clearly.
A very professional organisation obviously.

Excellent help from Sarann
I won a free hot chocolate as part of the recent Easter promo game, but unfortunately I was only able to get the hazelnut flavour as my reward. I’m not a big fan of nuts in general, so while the hot chocolate itself was nice, it just wasn’t to my taste.
I had a really easy and positive experience speaking to Sarann to get it resolved. I explained the situation, and Sarann kindly arranged to send me a different flavour with no hassle.
Customer service from Whittard, especially from Sarann, was excellent!

Amazing service from Sophie
Amazing service from Sophie, I was really upset to open my parcel and 2 items had been damaged/popped in transit, I went online to the chat service and within 5 minutes of being on the chat the advisor Sophie had reordered my damaged items, I would have received them next day (Sophie had used a Next day label) if DPD hadn't messed up. I did received them Monday after receiving the damaged 1s on Friday. Can't fault whittard customer service as far as I've seen.

Whittard triple chocolate biscuits
Not to be nasty or contradictory....just honest regarding the triple chocolate biscuits...Whittard. These biscuits had NO chocolate pieces or chunks in them as described as loaded with chocolate chunks! I couldn't believe how sub standard these were. For $18 aud plus postage it could have at least lived up to the description...So disappointing. The canister however is stunning I will store tea in it. The cheap biscuits in the supermarket are much nicer to be honest. I will not purchase these twice. Extremely poor quality! Also they crumble before you can get them into your mouth. And yes mine were still in use by date. Sorry for the bad news
UPDATE: Whittard have been in touch and have been extremely supportive and helpful expressing their understanding and investigation into the manufacturing of the biscuits as they aim for a very high standard. Thank you Whittards 👍

Great customer service
Great customer service. Had an issue with a delivery and the company responded quickly apologising for the issue and replacement sent out at no cost or hassle. The subscription service is so flexible and great to ensure I do not run out of coffee.
