Condemned appliance
Unfortunately our appliance couldn’t be repaired but is being replaced. The replacement options were a little bit restricted and option for a higher spec model was extremely costly

Second to none service
My washing machine is well over 5yrs old and used at least three times a week, this is the first time it has gone wrong. The service I received was excellent from start to finish. An engineer was with me within three days. I do have the extended warrenty and would recomend this to everyone.

Cracking engineers who have great knowledge of the products. Call centre staff a little blaze and some not so sure about cover and warranty but they got there in the end

Had my cooker fixed today and the service yet again was brilliant. Job was done on the day. All working fine again and the man who did the job was very helpful and polite.

Faber cooker hood
This appliance conked out just over a year after purchase. I arranged the repair. The engineer arrived promptly a week later. The part needed had to be ordered - got a message 7 months later that the part had arrived & to book in the repair. I couldn't sign in to book it. The engineer turned up a week later without a booking being made which was inconvenient but he was kind enough to reschedule the booking for the following week on a day that was convenient for me. Repair carried out quickly & efficiently. Great service by the engineer.
