Great glasses
Great glasses, super comfortable and light. Wore them today to a baseball game at least a dozen people told me how cute my glasses were. Also, I have ordered from other online eye glass companies, Wherelight is the best and easiest to see out of, so I think they are on point in their production of lenses.

Quality, not so much !!
I ordered from Wherelight for the first time a few months back. My glasses broke within a few weeks. I was very disappointed. I got a hold of Customer Service and Phyllis was exceptional. They replaced my glasses for no charge. A few more months have passed and these new frames are bubbling and peeling!!!! What have i done to deserve this ?? I have never had this kind of problem with any other glasses i have purchased elsewhere. These frames are also very flimsy and arms will not tighten when i use one of those tiny screwdrivers.
UPDATE. Wherelight is replacing my glasses at no cost to me. They absolutely do stand behind their product. Thank you again for your excellent customer service!!! Outstanding!!

My number one go-to for eyewear
I've used wherelight for years now and always had great experiences. Once I had an issue a couple years ago with a scratched lens on arrival. I was immediately refunded AND had a replacement pair sent out. Can't praise them highly enough

Good company, great prices
Good quality lenses and decent frames for a good price when you can use a sale code. I had the frames break on me before but considering the price, I usually just glue them back together. You have to make sure you understand the prescription when entering it and make sure you enter everything. Otherwise its like a roulette wheel with your vision.

I am a regular at Wherelight
I am a regular at Wherelight. Lately my glasses have been popping/cracking on my face. I have not had these glasses long I reached out to customer services and no one has not responded. This is very disappointing to me because I purchased at 20 plus pair of glasses a year from wherelight, As to date, I have purchased 21 pairs and there is more that I will purchased. I really loved the frames This is not the first time I have several pair of crack glasses that I have not had for a long time I wish someone would reach out to me i just want my order to redone
