Highly recommend, 5 star service
We used WH COX to move from Surrey to Kent, and they were brilliant. From communication right at the beginning, and their patience as we had to move dates a few times. We had 4 guys turn up on the day, they were on time and so careful with all our furniture and boxes. They were polite and well mannered and it was right before we went into lockdown so they were very careful to make sure they kept their 2 metre distance from us. I would absolutely recommend this company, and would happily use them again.

Timely
Timely, quick, efficient and reasonably priced. They have twice moved my aged mother's personal effects and furniture, firstly to care home room and then to nursing home without any damage or loss at all. I'd use them again.

The boys were on time
The boys were on time, efficient, fast, courteous, cheerful and mindful of social distancing. Packing, loading up and delivery over two days went perfectly to schedule, nothing lost or broken, repeat nothing lost or broken. The price was competitive, and my contact was incredibly helpful and flexible in scheduling the move and payment as timeframes were tight due to my buyers insistence on exchange and completion same day.

Moved me twice
Moved me twice, into temporary accommodation initially and then into permanent. Very cooperative at all times and efficient. Impressed that they put down flattened boxes in the carpeted walkway entrance to my flat to avoid any staining. Sadly, some time after I discovered some damage to my large sideboard, but hey that's life! Bernard.

After 25 years in one house we used WH…
After 25 years in one house we used WH Cox to pack us up into 16 containers, store them for 4 months and then deliver them to a new home . Both teams were highly professional ,completely responsive to our requests ,extremely careful with delicate objects and at all times cheery and polite . I would have no hesitation in recommending this firm .
