As decent as it can be compared to lots of other Surgeries *these days!!!*, it has a pretty atrocious Medicine Review System, as it's left till just days before it needs replaced before you get told it needs reviewed (as it's how they have it set up??) as when you do finally get an answer on the phone (usually half an hour average) you're then told you'll get a call back in around *2 weeks* time, at minimum & so until then you have to come in pick whatever Prescription you need up 'in person' up until then, because they 'don't do it over the phone' anymore & obviously can't request it online??, now maybe if they did it in a timely manner, say *2 weeks* prior? & then it wouldn't create such 'easily avoidable or worrisome' :issues, as let's be honest, a *2 weeks for a call back* wait oeriod given, for a 'last minutes notice' Medicine Review is pretty bad '& potentially dangerous' if being honest, e, g Heart Meds, Diabetes etc, etc, etc,,,,,,, as no potential mobility issues are even questioned & some people get too scared to even question it.

This service is absolutely atrocious. I was in A&E for over 10 hours and the doctors failed to see me. This firm refused to take my bloods even though a courtesy call was made as I was unable to drive and had to gain assistance. On the second occasion there was an accident which is out of my control but nonetheless a call was made! The duty of care from this service is lacking and applauding. The phlebotomist was extremely unprofessional and disrespectful discussing my issue in front of the entire clinic this is extremely embarrassing not only for me but for the NHS. The level of curiosity and compassion shown her is disgraceful and I’m in disbelief that this has happened and I will be traumatised by this experience. My mother a nurse practitioner had to the take the request form and took my bloods. This took 5 minutes!!!!

SENT OUT COVID VACCINATION REQUESTS, CALL WAITED 2 HRS AFTER HAVING PHONE PUT DOWN TWICE AS GOT TO NO.1 , WHEN EVENTUALLY GOT IN TOUCH SAID WASN'T DOING THEM & WAS MY MUMS ( 79 ) PROBLEM TO FIND ANOTHER PLACE.
AWEFUL PLACE, DICTORS NOT GOOD SHE WANTS CHANGE DOCTOR BUT THEIR MESSING HER ABOUT, IF YOU CAN'T TRUST YOUR DOCTOR OR SURGARY HOW DO WE KNOW HEALTH ACTUALLY BEING CARED FOR?
HOW DO WE KNOW OUR RECORDS ARE PRIVATE WHRN PROFESSIONALISM SHOWED WORRIRS ME WHO HAS ACCESS TO OUR RECORDS, JUST BECAUSE OASSED DBS DOESN'T MEAN INNOCRNT JUST MEANS EVER BEEN CAUGHT YET!
AVOID MANY BETTER ABOUT!

Long queues on the phone & never an apology. Doctors themselves are about as much use as a chocolate teapot - I suffer with osteoarthritis - constantly told that codeine is the strongest thing they can give me (poundland sells stronger). Would give a zero star rating if possible. Worst GP practice I've ever been with.
