Rescue One Omdömen 

This company backed out of delivery on the morning of our largest event of the year leaving us incredibly exposed. Notice of their non attendance was given via email so they had no certainty that we had received their message and left us scrambling around to find an alternative on the busiest day of the year for our club. To compound this they been unresponsive to the subsequent complaint we raised. Would not recommend.

There is an irony in the name 'Rescue One Group Limited': if you hire them, you’ll end up needing a rescue yourself. They cancelled our medical cover on the morning of our event, forcing us to scramble for last-minute alternatives at significant cost and stress. Weeks later, they continue to pull a Harry Houdini act, ignoring every attempt at communication and our formal complaint.

One star as no option for no star

The company gave 1 hour notice that would not be turning up to our event with a large crowd attending meaning we needed to scramble for medical cover. A lack of response from them after the event as well shows a true lack of professionalism.

Extremely disappointing experience. Rescue One cancelled our contracted event medical cover at very short notice, leaving us scrambling to find a replacement provider on the day of one of our biggest annual events. We incurred additional costs and, incredibly, a serious medical emergency occurred shortly afterwards. Thankfully, the replacement team we sourced arrived just in time. Most disappointing of all has been the complete lack of communication afterwards. Despite multiple emails over the past two weeks, including a formal complaint, we have received neither a response nor even an acknowledgement. Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this company.

Ordered a pick up service which was arranged at short notice and accordingly at a significant cost. The company were very responsive during the booking period and took payment ahead of confirming the booking which was to happen the next day. Ultimately, they didn’t turn up to collect the patient, causing her to miss a pre booked treatment. Since the missed booking no one has responded to calls or emails or made any acknowledgment of the missed booking to arrange a refund

Never showed up to the event we booked and paid for. Confirmed 10 days before the event and had a quick response saying yes all was in place and ready to go. No communication since that day. Will not return my calls or emails. Do not use!

I would certainly not recommend using this company. First and foremost they were one and three-quarter hours late in arriving, they then took an hour and a half to move the patient from the bed onto their stretcher and admitted that they had the wrong kind of stretcher. This caused a lot of distress to the patient. Upon speaking to management who reviewed the case, so to speak, it was decided that the crew had performed the operation adequately. The two who did come to the house were very pleasant but seemed extremely inexperienced and following the transfer approached me and said that if I wish to make a formal complaint, they could fully understand why. Upon speaking to management, I was informed that they had done the job absolutely fine and the fact that they had taken the length of time that they did was totally acceptable.

After being let down by the NHS, our family contacted Rescue One Medical, and we honestly cannot thank them enough. They responded the very same day and took complete care of us during what was an incredibly stressful time.

The team were kind, professional, and reassuring throughout, and they safely transported our family member from hospital to a specialist rehabilitation centre with absolute care and compassion. Everything was handled smoothly, and nothing felt rushed or overlooked.

The service was fantastic and genuinely made a very difficult situation so much better. We are extremely grateful to Rescue One Medical and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of urgent, reliable medical transport.

Unfortunately my experience with Rescue one (Stoke-On-Trent, ST6 5HL) was very poor.
We paid for pickup annd return of a patient, we gave all the information requested during the call.
When the team arrived they took the patients blood pressure and decided it was too low to transfer the patient, they called the paramedics and then left.
When the paramedics arrived they were astonished that the team had refused to transfer the patient as the blood pressure was OK.
When I called I was told they didn't have all the info they needed from me, and had sent the wrong team. I was very confused by this, as I had answered all the questions they had for me
They appear to be very inexperienced with patient transfer, and obviously didn't know how to handle this situation.
I would strongly advise avoiding this company for patient transfer, your loved one deserves a better standard of care than this company can provide.
