Request to cancel the order was approved and refund made.

Have not used this product but have used Nono before. If this works as well it should be great.

I bought 2 of the cloths for $17.48 and said no to all the screens pushing you to buy additional products. I put in my credit card and went on to checkout but the last screen said they had 2 other items on sale but no place to say no. All it said was continue to checkout when I hit that it said the order was confirmed. I called immediately and told them to cancel the order and the lady said she would send email and they would get back to me soon. They sent email saying order was confirmed then I emailed them and they said my order was shipped already. This is a very deceitful way to do business. I will never buy anything from them and will dispute the charge on my card.

Misleading advertised price on product. 2 days after ordering online, the invoice came and the price did not match the initial ad. It was $120 higher.

It was easy despite all BS offers after the initial purchase.

Basically i ordered 7 cleaning clothes for a price of £13.95p I think with free delivery i was charged £111.80p plus £8.95p shipping and handling

Absolute crooks, the ordering process is confusing, looking at all the one star comments on here I shared the same experience, I only wanted 1 bottle, they have charged me £246, contacted them immediately after purchase to cancel my order, came out with all the same bs that they obviously feed to other people, we can’t find your order, the system is down then within 10 minutes I’ve got a tracking number and my order is dispatched, I’m going to get onto trading standards, these lot should be shut down, fuming isn’t the word.

No customer servcice.

Similar to Gary Soultanian (1* review from May 31 2026), I feel that this is a bait and switch.

I too could't get a shipping cost without ordering the product.

I sent 4 emails asking for a refund and have heard nothing, not even an acknowledgment.

To add insult to injury, and perhaps this is more my fault, the delivery address was wrong, and so I haven't even got the product even though it has been delivered.

If Nanopolix had had the courtesy to answer my emails, they wouldn't have shipped it in the first place.

Guessing that's £70 wasted. That's an expensive lesson, and £70 that could have been spent on detailing my car.

Can't possibly recommend buying from this company, no matter how good or cheap the cloths are.

Very user-friendly website. I ordered the product I wanted and was done with the process within 10 minutes.

The advertised sale price is only valid if you are buying multiples of the same item. The number of follow-up offers after your selection is very annoying.

Heute, Sonntag 7.6.'26 habe ich bei NanoPolix ein Lacktuch bestellt und nach ca. 1 Stunde versucht zu stornieren. Vom dortigem Kundendienst bakomme ich Antwort dass stornierung nich mehr möglich ist da die Ware schon verpackt auf dem Weg zu mir ist. Das ist wohl eine fiese Masche die nicht Wahrheit einsprechen kann.

Easy to opt out of special offers. Efficient. Quality products offered. I only wish they told you in advance that the charge is in US$.

I asked for a no BS answer & Victoria was incredible. She did not try to sell me something that wasn't right for my current needs. She explained why it wasn't the best solution for me which is pure gold in today's world of high pressure sales.
I can't remember the last time a company put customer needs in front of profit. Trust me, this will pay back big time. Thank you Victoria, I shall sing the praises of NanoPolix loudly🥰
