We have worked with Mike Rael and Gigi Kyritsis and they both were wonderful. This is the 2nd time we have used them for my home refinancing. The process was very smooth and quick. This is the second time that I’ve had an experience with Lenox. Both times Mike Rael has been quick to respond to any ofmy questions or concerns. The second time on a lowering of my interest rate was as easy as the first time. I’d highly recommend this company and if you’re lucky enough to work with Mike and Gigi that’s a plus.

My rep, rate, and the process was very well done. My only complaint was how long it took.

Blythe Cejka was absolutley amazing. We were a little high maintenance but she professionally and quickly talked us through all of the technical issues we had as well as answered all of our questions so we could make the best decision for us. We could not have asked for anyone better.
While we did not have as much interaction with Veronica, she was also very professional and efficient.
I must also say that the notary they sent to us, Theresa Cobb, was also amazing. She was knowledage and efficient and walked us through inches of paperwork. All in all we are extremely happy to have used Lenox Financial and will recommend them to anyone we know!

We are very conscientious home owners - never missed a mortgage payment, even make it a priority to pay a little extra each month to help pay off sooner. We were still getting killed on interest. We were able to cut our interest rate in half, keep the monthly payments the same AND shave off 7 years!!! I’m so pleased with the entire process and happy to leave a FIVE star review! The online uploads made it easy to submit all the material and they even sent someone to our home to sign final papers. Very good customer service! Extremely helpful and responsive for questions via email or phone at any point in the process - it was great!

Great experience refinancing with WesLend Financial. Exceptional customer service, including phone calls scheduled for when it was best for us (including a Sunday evening), good communication throughout the process and a delightful end result!

I was told that I was approved for a re-finance. I double checked to make sure I was approved before I spent 800 dollars on an appraisal. I was told again I was approved. I paid for the appraisal and then I didn't hear from them. I waited a couple of weeks and no one got back to me so I tried several times to get a hold of someone. Finally I got a hold of someone and they said everything was approved. A little while later I received an email saying I was denied. I called again to see what was going on and I was told that shouldn't have happened and they would send it to another lender. That was the last time I heard from them. I decided this wasn't the place for me. I went through another company and the process took about a month and a half and I got the loan. Of course I had to pay for another appraisal. This was not a good experience. I would definitely not use Weslend financial again.

Brad Cejka is very open and honest about what would be fees, points and interest on 15 and 30 year INVESTMENT property refi with cash out. (The structure is most likely different for owner/occupied) He also responded quickly with questions that I had.
Though I did not choose to refi at this time, it was COMPLETELY because it just wasn't the right time for me to do it not anything Brad said or did!
I may be in a better position in about 6 months or so to do a refi. If and when that time comes, I will contact Brad first.

I am very impressed by Wesend Financial mainly because when I called I got a gentlemen by the name of Michael Rael. He was beyond the norm. Michael not only was knowledgeable but also very patient, caring and professional. He spent quality time with me on the phone and I was very impressed with his honesty and true desire to help me. Although there were a bumps along the way to approval and especially closing. The Lenox representative we were dealing with was very professional and kept in touch with updates through out the whole process. I will definitely recommend Lenox to friends and family.
