The buying process started well
The buying process started well, with a 70% discount. However, without then purchasing additional items (foot pads, tea etc) you don't receive this 70% off, and get priced for the full amount. Misleading, and the charge is taken immediately, without the option to cancel in the shopping basket. Have tried to cancel my order, we'll see what they say.
Just heard back. Apparently in the 5 minutes between placing and cancelling my order it shipped so no refund. Absolute rubbish. Scam. Do not use. I shall be raising a query through my credit card.

I HAVE NOW FOUND THAT THEY HAVE TAKEN 2 SETS OF MONEY, I LET THEM KNOW WITHIN 15 MINUTES THAT THEY HAVE TAKEN 2 PAYMENTS, ONLY TO GET AN EMAIL TELLING ME IT WAS THEIR FAULT AND THEY WOULD RECTIFY IT, I WAITED HEARD NOTHING, SO I CONTACTED THEM AGAIN, ONLY TO BE TOLD THEY CANNOT GIVE ME BACK MY MONEY AS THE 2 SETS OF COFFEE HAVE BEEN ALREADY SENT OUT, THEY SAID THEY TRY TO SEND OUT THE COFFEE AS QUICK AS POSSIBLE AND IT WENT OUT WITHIN HOURS, I TOLD THEM THEY KNEW ABOUT MY 2 PAYMENTS WITHIN 15 MINUTES, NOT HOURS.... SO WHAT THEY DID WAS BULLSHIT....
