I have VERY sensitive skin on my face and your products are the only ones I can use where my skin feels fresh and doesn’t burn and cause a rash

I’m using Weleda products for around 6 years. And what can I say, for me it works brilliant. They have high quality products

I especially love their skin food, i've been using it on off these years and i just bought their rose oil, great product and the price is reasonable for a 100ml bottle. I also got some samples which i'm keen to try.

Been using Weleda body lotion for about a year now, but finding it very hard to find where to buy it now. First bought it in Boots, they no longer sell this item. Superdrug the same. Holland & Barrett never seem to have it in stock and even on Weleda’s own website I have trouble finding it as well as their site seems to be down a long. Will probably search for a different product now, cause it’s been frustrating in trying to find this.

Really surprised to see poor reviews for customer service as my experience last week was great. I had emailed re a product that I wanted to purchase for a gift but was no longer on website. Customer service rang me to say it was because of a new look & packaging & it wasn’t up on the website yet. However they had some in the warehouse & would take my order on phone if that suited me, which it did. Fantastic!

Weleda product used to be great in my experience, but recent purchase showed that the ingredients have changed. The products made everyone in the family have very dry skin. Customer service from weleda is non-existent - I sent a few emails and used their website contact form several times, but never got any response. I will definitely not be buying any Weleda products again.

Great products but shame about the customer service!! I have been a loyal customer of Weleda for decades and have introduced friends and family to their products over the years, especially the skin food range. I was looking some moisturiser and noticed that on the Weleda website they were doing a free gift if you bought two products from the skin food range. So I got straight on and bought a skin food body care set and a night face cream. Looking forward to my package arriving with my free gift, I was shocked when I opened the parcel to find the gift missing. I then messaged customers sales to explain the situation and I go zero response, so a few days later I messaged again as I understand things happen. To my shock I was informed that because I hadn't spent £50 I didn't get the gift. I double checked the website and there was no mention of a minimum spend. I message back with a screenshot of the promotion, asking where does it say I needed to spend £50, to my double shock I then got told that I didn't need to spend £50 but because one of my products was a set, it was not classified as a product!!! Once again I messaged back saying that I was extremely disappointed but nowhere in the promotion does it state that sets are excluded. I honestly never thought Weleda would be so unprofessional and just make up the rules as they go along. It is false advertising and buyers need to be made aware of what they are doing. I dealt with Nicola Bentley and I felt that she just fobbed me off and was very blase about the whole situation. Unfortunately you have lost a very loyal customer over something that could have been sorted and dealt with very easily and in a manner appropriate with what I thought was a professional company. I hope for future customers you either change your wording or stay true to what you advertise.

Have to say we’ve not ordered directly from the website, but the products are amazing. Natural ingredients that work really well.

Weleda cream is rich and nourishing. It's good value for money. A quality product.

I have been using this brand for about 20 years now. I used it for my baby's dry skin, my stretch marks and the Weleda skin food for my recent dry skin rashes. I love the smell of the products, the ethos, the ethics of the company. Recommend heartily.

While it’s somewhat ok on parts of my skin (neck, arms) this is definitely not a product for the face. It made my skin dry and flared up my eczema which I haven’t experienced before using it.

Prodotti Ottimi. Dagli anni 90 compro prodotti weleda: dalla calendula, arnica e oli essenziali, deodorante antiallergico e naturale. Usano erbe biologiche e da agricoltura biodinamica, con l'arnica ho evitato tanti traumi ai bambini che assisto perché il prodotto evita gonfiore e risolve problemi gravi. La calendula è ottima. Ogni volta chiedo sempre alle farmacie se ne sono provvisti, in caso contrario le ordino. Bellissimo

I've used Weleda as long as I can remember! Absolutely beautiful products, gorgeous scents, great packaging. I definitely recommend this for sensitive skin also 💚

OK, men er tilsatt parfyme i tillegg til de faktiske eteriske oljene. For meg ødelegger det duftopplevelsen noe.

I love this brand! Most of their products are very good for sensitive and demanding skin. I highly recommend for those with atopic skin!
