Price was good well recognised company kept well informed of when the bike was going to be picked up good communication.Goldie the driver who collected the bike was very friendly did the checks on the bike and we had a great crack.Thank you for a easy sale.

Absolutely awful experience, no communication to driver that turned up on wrong day & when explaining change of day the driver decided to swear while my child was with me.

Really impressed with the service, the price offered for my bike was very fair. Would recommend if you want a quick and easy transaction.

They dont buy any bike, they dont give an instant valuation as claimed, they said my bike was not what theyd buy because of the mileage @26,000 miles.

I received a phone call from the driver to confirm I was expecting him and he told me when he was hoping to arrive, when he turned up at the allotted time he introduced himself and explained the process, we went through that process and he explained as he was going, we agreed a price and the deal was done !
I have always been unsure about this company but I can Genuinely say they were Brilliant especially Drive CHRIS BUTCHER and all the team on the phones,
