Oh boy, where do I start? If you want people who are rude, crass, have a condescending tone and tenor with absolutely zero integrity, go here. Oh yeah, don't bother trying to get your money back either! There's a reason they have so many bad reviews, trust me.

This was the most abominable experience with an online vendor. Brandon was rude, condescending, and 100% unhelpful.

I purchased a lifetime Pro service. However, i show in the dashboard that i have no current plan. I contacted customer service. i got an automated response that they will response shortly. 6 days later, no response and no service. 300$ went to trash.

Website.com works just fine until you try to cancel your membership. I was with them for about two years but recently decided to have my domain name transferred. When I asked for the transfer code, they said that I owed them $20 or they wouldn't send the transfer code. I didn't think it was fair, but else could I do! So, after I paid the $20 dollars it was like I was signing up with them again. They used this trick to lock my domain, because you can't transfer a domain name unless you've been with a provider for more than 60 days. They got pissed because I was trying to cancel. But the main reason I was leaving was because of their customer service. I'm just putting this out here so others can be aware.

We have used website.com for some time now. And the customer support has always been good. But today, as we learned our nonprofit account is frozen we needed to reach out and get support with billing. Brandon was absolutely wonderful with supporting us. He was also very prompt.

Very disappointed with their domain service. I purchased a domain from website.com, but when I tried to change the nameservers, they asked me to pay an additional $20. This is totally unfair, no reputable hosting or domain provider charges extra just to change the nameservers. Every company I've used before allows free DNS updates after domain purchase. This feels like a hidden fee and poor business practice. I wouldn't recommend weebsite.com for domain purchases.

The ease of their site builder, and how wonderful their customer service was. I'm over the moon pleased!!!

I hate to give this honest review, but Website.com is the worst platform I have ever encountered. It's made for dummies who are not looking to compete in business.

Don't expect to be able to design a cool UX website as the functions are hardcore limited. You can't upload videos or images despite it reading that you have video space, etc.

Honestly, I am disgusted that I came across this platform, and it only happened because a Client is using it. I am in the process of saving their business by choosing a healthier alternative.

Let me save you the hassle. Stay away from this platform.

Fraud company don't be in touch with them they charge you higher for everything.

Think about this, how would it feel you pay for a website service but your .com not working ??? Broken links??? Lack of communication??? They don’t care!!!
BE AWARE ! This service is not run by any one with knowledge! “Support” ? Brandon was horribly rude and unhelpful, they have no dev team ? How can you run a website platform with no DEVELOPERS?

1. This is a company based in British Columbia Canada. Their fees are in US dollars???

2. My website went down three times in the past six weeks when there have been 6 request. Causing me great stress and causing my clients to see dead links???

3. Their support team is lacking. Their support is available Monday through Friday Pacific Coast time only. So if you’re on the East Coast and you have a problem on Friday, you have to wait until Monday morning 12 PM !!! You will not get any calls over the weekend when you call the one8:00 number it’s redirected to a call service and they will call you Brandon was extremely rude to me on the phone did not help me. Disregarded my request and this unapologetic.

4. Website.com is the worst platform I have used in 10 years.

5. The builder lacks up to date tools and has limited design.

6. Transfer in dns ? Extremely important!
There “tech team” they don’t have one, Was unable to do a proper transfer I had to send them screenshots and how to do it???

7. If you use this Service you will regret it!

8. Beware !!! These reviews 4/5 are unauthentic!!! There reviews on there site… implemented by who?

9. They over charge after 1st year, whatever package you purchased in the first year will triple the second year if you want to continue the service.

10. After service disruption website not working I was offered no apologies whatsoever. They were not accountable for their mistakes. And I was never given any refunds or compensation. They just don’t care. There are so many other platforms. I’ve suggest you use.

10. WIX , square, google, framer , personally, I was going to go to framer, so that’s the next step.

I've been using Website.com for a couple of months, and it has made building my website incredibly easy. No complaints so far! I reached out to support a couple of times for help with implementing custom HTML code, and they guided me through the process. A special thanks to Brandon for his patience and assistance each time.

Very user friendly interface and quick to learn and use.

William from Customer Service was beyond excellent. I will admit I was a bit nervous when I received an email to call customer service and it said nobody is in office but William was awesome! Thank you!!!
