I bought a RDP from them for New York…

I bought a RDP from them for New York 14 hours ago and it is still pending. When I emailed them, they said we don't have a USA RDP for New York. You should apply for someone else. I said give me someone else. It's been six hours now and they haven't given me any other RDP. After that, I placed an order and it is still pending. This order is a scammer. They have fake reviews under it. Don't trust them or pay.

As stated on our website, all orders can take up to 24 hours to be processed and provisioned. Your order was still well within this standard timeframe when you contacted us.

Our support agent likely meant that residential IPs in specific New York location is temporarily not available, not that we don't offer it. The correct procedure would have been to offer an equivalent alternative, which we apologize was not handled clearly.
