Absolutely devastated I paid £160 for my medication weight loss , and it has been bouncing around the delivery system for 5 days so now I only get 3 weeks and they won't help me ! Iam only taking this as I have severe arthritis and can't move enough to loss weight .
The postman never put a note through the door to say missed delivery wasn't until the second missed attempt that I got an email saying missed delivery. I then couldn't get it re delivered until Saturday !
I was at the hospital having MRI scans not out enjoying myself like suggested by the customer service agent ! Iam also at the hospital Friday ! So just be careful quick to take your money but not to help also it doesn't come up as Morrisons it comes up as pro lads which is confusing!
I hardly go out due to my condition.

I have experienced ongoing issues with this company since the beginning of our interaction. My dissatisfaction primarily stems from the inadequate level of support provided. I placed an order for the medication I require, only to receive a notification indicating that it was out of stock. A customer service representative informed me that the stock availability fluctuates due to high demand for the same medication, which I find perplexing. One would expect that sufficient inventory would be maintained to fulfill customer orders.

With over 15 years of pharmacy experience, I understand the importance of adequate stock management, as my previous employer ensured that we had enough medications to meet customer needs. In instances where an order could not be fulfilled, there were concerted efforts to arrange alternatives, accompanied by an apology for any inconvenience caused, with assurances that such occurrences would not happen again. We served clients with significant purchasing demands, which necessitated meticulous stock management practices.

The organization I represented was the largest supplier to independent chemists within the UK and Europe and received several awards for its exceptional service. Therefore, it is reasonable to expect that your pharmacy would possess the necessary capability to fulfill orders consistently. Additionally, I encountered difficulties with the application interface and was dissatisfied with the process required to close my account, which necessitated an in-depth explanation of my reasons for doing so.

Was a customer from the early days, then unceremoniously dumped by them as they could no longer provide the service. I do NOT live in Central London as other reviewers do.

I suspect this is due to them freeing up their operations for their deal with Morrisons. Us poor loyal customers can go jump apparently.

Shan't be using Morrisons Pharmacy.

All started fine as an NHS prescription service, but they decided to remove me from their service as they couldn't give me the "care needed"! What really gets me is that my partner is still with them and gets medication from them, but I am not allowed to anymore. To make matters worse, they didn't bother to send out the prescriptions submitted before their deadline and I was left without crucial mediation as a result of their negligence. They are just another company more interested in profit rather than customer care. Avoid at all costs.

Edit: you haven't closed down fully as you are still doing NHS Prescriptions for my wife. Absolutely shocking generic reply.

I have never had problems with Phlo Clinic itself, but they should really reconsider whether they should be using Royal Mail. Every month I have to stress out for days on end, missing work days at home waiting for my parcel just to get daily emails telling me I wasn’t home (when I was and no one buzzed!). Mind you, this is a medication that must be refrigerated and is being managed by a useless service provider. For 4 months in a row I’ve had this issue.

Absolutely fantastic company, my manjaro was packed lovely, speedy delivery, would highly recommend 😀

I've been using Phlo for a year and I was pleased with their service. I've recently been informed that "due to the closure of the Pharmacy site in your area, we will no longer be able to offer our NHS Service to you".

It's extremely disappointing that they cannot service people living in central London but I guess they weren't making a lot of money from my custom, as I don't have a large number of multiple prescriptions a month.

I initially received an ambiguously worded email, and wasn't sure if they were stopping all NHS deliveries, or just mine. When I asked for further information, it transpired that it is the latter.

Given I live in central London, this logic seems quite bizarre at best. I therefore have to question if this is actually a case of scrapping services to those patients who are no longer deemed as viable for the company.

Price goes up a lot on weight loss for 2nd month.Was only getting 3 jabs instead of four.Customer service said I must of double dosed on first one.There instructions I followed this happened on both pens.Wont use again only lost 1kg in a month said we’ll done ha.Thats through me cutting out snacks.Now stop emailing and texting me daily go away.s

These are fraudsters. I bought a medicine but never reached me. but they tell me you have to tell the police. There is no guarantee that you will be sure to make sure after the purchase.

Such a great company. When I'd collect prescriptions from my local pharmacy I'd end up waiting between 30 mins to an hour each time. With phlo it comes straight to my door without any wait. They are discontinuing service in my area which is a shame but regardless I can highly recommend them

I signed up for Mounjaro treatment via Morrisons and the Phlo clinic side was great. I was quite anxious about this new experience and the helpline people were fantastic, l got prompt, polite and helpful responses. I would recommend them wholeheartedly.

Faultless, I have used Phloclinic for all but one of my monthly mounjaro weight loss injections and they have been fantastic. My first order came with a full box of needles, and a full box of alcohol wipes, (the very first company I used sent me 4 alco wipes and 4 needles, no good if you mess up with the first needle like I did!) The order is reviewed and dispatched promptly each time. On one occasion my order delivery was messed up by Royal Mail and left in a sorting office all weekend, upon opening the medication it was no longer cold, I emailed Phlo and their pharmacist rang me back almost immediately to address the situation. I highly recommend both Phloclinic for weight loss medication and Phlodigital for repeat prescriptions, both are excellent.

Really great company! I ordered Mounjaro and got additionally: a pack of alcohol swabs, a sharps bin, a whole, big pack of pen needles—all great! Even picking it up two days later from the post office, it was still cold with two packs of ice. Plus, the website is so helpful with dietary tips and support. Highly recommended.

I've waited a month and still not had my order approved or rejected. They still have my money though.

The first month has gone REALLY well for me, however I looked to renew and purchase my second mounjaro injection, to find out that the cheapest option is to buy 2 at a cost of £300 or a single for £159. So it's £30 more per single jab, or £40 per jab in the 'bundle. Cancelled, will not be buying from them again when there are others offering at £125 with no rises, unless you raise the dose.

Just to say how great and fast are Phlo.
Having ordered my medication and arriving the next day by track 24( which I didn’t ask for)they have been brilliant.

I recently started using as working long hours made it hard for my medication to be picked up. They are a super fast delivery, I have my medication before it runs out and if I have additional medication it gets sent straight away. Thank you for your hard work

What a rip off. I paid £340 for a two-month deal. They took the money and then refused to deliver the product. They took 5 weeks to realise the mistake and so the first month's lower-dose has left my body and I need to restart the treatment again. (As an additional cost to me). I am utterly disgusted at their practice: to take your money then ponder weather or not to deliver it. I am currently taking legal action against them for malpractice. I strongly recommend that you use any other company for Mounjaro.

Please heed this warning...
