The drawing online is not correct
The drawing online is not correct. Our engineers neglected their error and design our products based on theoe products. Paid all the fee and import tax to get them back to home country, just to find those products not suitable.

Delivered royal mail 24, quicker than I was expecting.
It would be nice to be able to opt for royal mail 48 if you do not want the product as fast.

Royal Mail 48 is only about 80p cheaper so there would be no saving if you had to phone, with the cost of call and wages to get that option. With the option on the website it would cost the buyer nothing to get the saving.

Good after sales followup
The product arrived promptly but without any instructions on use or installation. The online videos were not a help. I spoke to a member of customer support who was very pleasant and sent me an instructional leaflet by email which was helpful. I anticipate the hydraclamp will be helpful in my woodcarving.

I called to ask for some help in correcting my mistake in the delivery. WDS were fabulous in tracking down my order and upgrading it. As such the parts arrived the following morning to allow fitment to the vehicle.

All measurements appear to be mm but not stated anywhere
The gaiter measurements were in mm not cm going back to look none of the measurements reference the actual measurement unit used, thank you for your reply,

To clarify, all product dimensions on our website are listed in millimetres, which is standard practice across our full range. The gaiter in question has an internal diameter of 30mm, and is specifically designed to pair with our metric universal joints. It’s priced accordingly: a 30cm gaiter would be a very different product and significantly more expensive.
