They never got back to me.
I must be an exception compared with other customers. I tried ordering a featured component in two ways, on the website by opening an account and by speaking to a member of their sales team. Both ways failed. The website would not accept my order. After contacting the sales team member I was told this may be due to the component being out of stock and would have to ordered from their supplier but they would get back to me. They never did. The following day I telephoned again and spoke to a sales team member and asked if this component could be ordered manually instead of using the website. The answer was yes, but they would get back to me. They never did. In the end I ordered a similar component from another supplier with no problems.
