Phil collected my car as agreed first thing in the morning. He was friendly and efficient.
Emma from the service team, dealt with me throughout the day, and kept me updated. She was very polite, knowledgeable, and friendly.
And at the end of the day, Phil returned my car- and again he was polite, friendly and had a little chat, as he also has a background working with Volvo’s.
Overall, a positive experience.

I have called and left messages in an attempt to put my car in for a service 3 times; twice leaving messages and the 3rd a telephone message all over 3 working days - no response!

I recently purchased a used car from Volvo, and the entire experience was seamless from start to finish. Booked me in for my EX30 recall along with my service. Called with little notice to say it is cancelled as no parts available. The lady said no new appointments were available until October but they would squeeze me in somewhere.

They made no mention of the service so I assumed this would go ahead, and I received a text message to go to this booking. I emailed to confirm and was told do not come!

I then discover that someone I know of got booked in for August, and this booking was made after my cancellation. I challenged Jamie in the service department over this because why wasn't this appointment offered to those who were cancelled. He ignored this email, obviously.

Do not buy a Volvo as Volvo Customer UK have no customer service whatsoever. If anything goes wrong they won’t help.

This dealer, whilst initially helpful, has lied and that is unacceptable. Lying to customers is,in my opinion, the most vulgar of traits. Once a dealer tells you lies there is no trust.

Two times my car was booked in, two times they had no idea how to fix it. Each time I told them how to because I am part of the FB EX30 forum and the members know far more than the dealers. I had to keep going back and it was indeed what I had told them to do in the first instance - a loose wire in the door. I even had to tell one of them how to fix the rattle on my dashboard - he was great, listened to me and did what I asked with a successful repair.

My first Volvo and it’s the biggest regret of my life. Can’t even trade it in or sell it because of the outstanding recall.

Excellent service experience with my Polestar 2. Easy to get booked and good communications on the activity. Phil collected the car... arrived 20 mins early to about for parking and was going to wait but saw me out on the drive clearing the boot, so it went off early. Happy days.

A very good annual service experience for my leased MG. The service team were excellent. Harry the driver who picked up my car and brought it back was professional, a great communicator and very punctual. He took time to go through everything that had been worked on with me and kept me informed of his arrival times. Would recommend.

Damaged the vehicle by using self tapping metal screws directly into the boot tailgate to install the number plate intead of using the OEM number plate mounting holes provided on the car, would not reccomend

I have been in contact with Waylands through Carwow, salesmen very unhelpful, unwilling to give me quote on a new car which I did not expect. Happy to trade my car in for a new MG but they were unwilling to give me a quote until I paid off my negative equity. I thought this was strange as other dealerships have still giving me a quote so I know some rough prices to go for.
Really poor service and totally not helpful.

Excellent service and kept fully up to date. Took much less time than expected. Harry (Volvo Oxford) came to collect my car and was very friendly and polite - took me through the results of my service and made sure to draw my attention to my breakdown cover being renewed so I could save the phone number. Overall I’m really happy with the experience! Thank you ☺️
