Not impressed doesn't smell as good as I thought it would, don't fall for it

Two of my tealights from wax lyrical have caught fire I’m disgusted you don’t expect that . I expect some feedback

I bought the Wax Lyrical diffuser 3 refills on Amazon. They lasted less than a week. Poor fragrance whilst it lasted. Never again.
Back to Glade airfreshener. A lot cheaper and lasts a longer.

I recently brought the Xmas candle, burnt for about an hour before the flame practically not existant so not burning properly, not much scent either, this is the first time I have tried these candles will not make mistake again and will go back to marks and Spencer. Don't waste your money!!

Lasted a mere fortnight before all the liquid evaporated. Bought this at our local garden centre and whilst it gave out a beautiful fresh lemon aroma, the liquid was almost disappearing before my eyes. Would not recommend.

Product very poor. Would never buy this product again. Very expensive for the fluid on the har and the reeds to change colour with no pleasant fragrance.
Will post this on social media to highlight very poor quality product.

Black cherry please refrain from purchasing until we have feedback and the outcome we desire.
We had our beautiful home re decorated then purchased this candle wax black cherry which while using only half of the product we began to see a change in the decoration and fire surround where it was placed. All areas are affected by smoke we have no other fires or products which would of caused this apart from the candle, I placed the product in the kitchen area to test and the same thing happened places turning smoke damaged. We will be contacting them asap.

I've always used/made strong scented candles so thought I would give these a try after a friend recommend them. I bought the "sparkling sands" as it smelt lovely and I'm so happy with it. It burnt very well, I got a little more hours out of it than I was supposed to but I always keep the wick trim. The smell was delicious right to the end of the candle. Super impressed with the quality and for a great price too...I will be back for more.

Ordered some Fired Earth reed diffuser refills from waxlyrical. I can barely smell them in the bottle and they do not smell anything like the one I had before which used to fill a room with fragrance. Have spent nearly £50 and these are not fit for purpose. I shall be returning them. To add insult to injury I will be charged £7.95 for doing that. Very disappointed.

I ordered reed diffuser refills and after checkout the page told me I'd receive an email to confirm my order. I waited and waited but nothing arrived. Fortunately I had taken a screen shot otherwise I wouldn't have known the order number so I messaged through the Waxlyrical website asking if the order had gone through as I had not heard anything from them. An automated message told me that I would receive a reply from them shortly. This never arrived either. Meanwhile, this morning the package arrived and I still have no correspondence from Waylyrical. At one point I was worried I had ordered from a dodgy site. Not brilliant service!
