Exceptional Service
I had the pleasure of dealing with Lesley this morning, when I phoned the enquires today, after persistent issues with logging onto the portal. She was both polite and efficient, solving my issues within minutes, giving exceptional customer service!

Felt that my worries were understood
I called up and spoken to Lesley in relation to my worry that the April 2026 invoice covered the same period as a previous invoice. I felt like Lesley listened to my worries and saw why i was confused. She also wasn't afraid to check her knowledge with a team member whilst i waited. She then happily took action to try and help resolve this issue.
