My water pik is more gentle on my gums than other water flossers but works just as well. I needed the tips for gum disease so have ordered some after receiving my water pik. They arrived swiftly and are comfortable to use. I believe my previous water flosser worked with higher pressure levels that were unsuitable for me but it came with no advice about suitable pressures so I was relieved to have plenty of information which comes with the water pik and on their website. I haven't needed to contact customer services but am confident that should I ever need to use this service it is easy to do.

Easy to order replacement water tank, after dropping the old one and cracking it. Delivered quickly. Simple replacement.

The waterpik machine arrived but does not work. It is very difficult to resolve the problem using the warranty

We purchased a Waterpik in October 2025 and it stopped working. They replaced it with a new one without any trouble at all. Great service. We just had to return the broken one

Only negative is that even at full power not as powerful a jet as I expected

+: Compared with my old waterpik, the jet frequency is not altered when changing the jet strength.
-: Two of the old design flaws persist
1. the piece of plastic at the entrance of the electrical mains cable is too hard. As a result the cable breaks over time at the entrance, as it did with my old Waterpik, which exposes the blank wire to water!
2. the exterior drainage groove for spilled or excess water, running from the water reservoir down to the bottom of the device, leads all water to the location, where the electric cable is most likely to break.
3. new flaw: the same named plastic/rubber bit doesn’t seal properly against the body of the waterpik and leaves a gap at the slightest mechanical strain to the e. mains cable, e.g. an average bending of.

Suggestions:
1.:run the water drainage groove into the space behind the jet-pipe-coil rest. This is an area which is wet most times anyway and is located away from the e. mains cable.
2. use a very soft rubber/silicone/plastic mechanical protection at the entry to the waterpik and glue it to the body.

The thing works. Previous units of this model died on me after a few months (2 of them). I’m hoping they were from a bad batch. Here’s hoping this one is better. The “pack small” feature is what appeals.

All great. Quick delivery, great products

I accidentally placed a duplicate order and contacted the company immediately to arrange a return. In my email, I clearly stated the correct order number, which was also identifiable from the returned parcel.

Despite this, the company processed a refund against a completely different order, resulting in me being refunded the wrong amount. I have also incurred delivery costs and have had to spend additional time chasing them to correct their mistake.

Errors happen, but customers should not have to fight to receive the correct refund for the order they actually returned. The issue was clearly documented from the outset, yet it was still handled incorrectly.

Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company.

Les canules ne s'adaptent pas à l'appareil. Je vous l'ai signalé. J'ai fait venir un plombier qui n'a pas réussi non plus. Je demande ou les canules adaptables ou le remboursement de l'appareil que je ne peux absolument pas utiliser
