Nous vivons dans un endroit qui n'est pas desservi par La Poste, donc quand je commande sur internet je met l'adresse de la boite postale si La Poste est chargé de la livraison, sinon je mets l'adresse de la maison si le produit est livré une autre société, ou je fais livrer en point relais.
Je n'ai pas pu obtenir cette information, je savais que le produit devait être livré dans les 11 jours, je me suis donc inquiété de n'avoir rien reçu le 11 ème jour. Je n'ai reçu aucune information par courriel m'informant que le produit était arrivé. A tout hasard je me suis rendu à l'agence de La Poste, et le colis était là depuis le 8ème jour !!
Donc :
- manque d'information sur le mode de livraison
- pas de choix alternatif
- aucune information sur l'acheminement

J'ai choisi cet hydropulseur sans fil et transportable. Simple d'utilisation. Procure un nettoyage efficace et agréable des gencives (implants). Exactement ce qu'il me fallait en complément du brossage. Jolie couleur bleu marine dans ma salle de bain.

I have had a hand held waterpik for a long time and the clean feeling of that device was great!

However the handheld units are bulky. Cumbersome in a way.

The fixed base unit that plugs in the wall is far better. Using mostly the main pik flossing head and the pocket head, my gum health is finally coming back to normal after a while.

I got covid (if that’s really a thing!) and afterwards gums became and remained inflamed.

With the new device I can be super accurate, precise and achieve a better result.

Not having to hold the battery, pump, reservoir etc and just a wand with a tube is far more efficient and accurate. It’s making a difference in just days.

The convenience of the on off button on the wand is great.

I’m now investigating the massage function that my old device did not have.

The unit was on special offer so I thought time for an upgrade.

The only problem is the fact I have no socket in my bathroom.

So from a development point of view, a standalone base unit with wand with an INTERNAL BATTERY in said base unit would take a great product to an epic product.

Great water flosser. Does the job, replacing an old model I had previously. The magnetic charger is useful; charge lasts for days. I have to refill the tank 3times per thorough clean, but perhaps that is because I have a big mouth …?

J’ai un jet dentaire waterpik qui est vraiment très bien.
Or, j’ai eu un petit problème de fuite pendant la garantie et le service après vente m’a adressé très rapidement le nécessaire pour changer la pièce.

Je connaissais depuis longtemps la marque Waterpik. Je viens de recevoir le modèle de voyage qui est aussi efficace et facile à transporter.
Un petit plus aurait été une housse de transport.
