Watches Of The Vale  Omdömen

Lee of Watches of the Vale had the watch that I'd been looking for in stock, and we quickly agreed a deal for both price and delivery. Everything was exactly as described. It worked very smoothly from first contact up until picking up the watch. I found Lee to be very genuine and a very good communicator all the way through the process. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

First Rolex purchase with Lee. I contacted Lee about a year ago after seeing a watch however after to deciding not to go ahead with it. I seen this one today I wanted messaged within 10 mins invoice sent deposit paid and picked up in person and paying the rest in the shop watches look like the photos and as I seen a few on show 100% would use again

As always, went as smoothly as expected. My second watch off Lee in less than a year. A Pepsi on a Jubilee which I’d been after for a while, Lee had a brand new one in and I had to have it. Just over 24 hours after texting him saying I’ll take it, it was on my wrist.

Lee is the ultimate professional at this and I’d have no hesitation in buying from him again or recommending him to anyone else.

Yet again another great deal from Lee. Great service and the best prices around. Highly recommend watches of the vale.

Absolutely first class end to end experience.
Lee was recommended to me as I was looking to purchase luxury watches for my wife and I.
Like most people about to pull the trigger on an expensive outlay, I had a price in my mind for both pieces however Lee was able to source quickly for less than I’d seen elsewhere , in the end he saved me £1500.
All communication was quick and simple and the watches arrived perfectly packaged the day after payment was made.
When the time comes to add to my collection, Lee will be the first person I call.

I recently purchased a watch from Watches of Vale and couldn’t be happier. Lee provided exceptional customer service from start to finish — quick communication, clear answers to my questions, and genuine reassurance throughout the buying process.

The watch was delivered promptly, packaged securely, and in perfect condition just as advertised. It’s refreshing to deal with someone who clearly cares about reputation and customer satisfaction.
Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be returning for future purchases.

I recently bought a watch from Lee and couldn’t be happier with the experience. The whole process was really swift and easy—no hassle, no stress. Lee was extremely helpful from first approach and able to quickly source a GMT I had been saving up for, for some time. Great service and no hesitation dealing with him again 🙂

Lee was first-class and very professional from the start of the purchase process right through to me receiving my GMT-Master II timepiece. Lee could not have been more helpful.
I'd highly recommend this company to anyone looking to purchase their next watch. You will not be disappointed!

This is my honest review and it’s a 5* plus!!

First off thank you Lee for the new OP41 it’s amazing, the price was unbeatable by far, the watch is perfect!
To anyone thinking of buying a watch from Lee at watches of the vale you won’t be disappointed at all.

I will be honest transferring thousands of pounds to someone you don’t know is really unnerving and worrying but Lee was so professional and sent me invoices and shipping details within minutes of paying for the watch, the whole process of buying the watch was so easy to do.

The Watch was as described in every way possible, I’m sure I will be buying another watch off Lee in the near future.

Thank you again Lee

I asked Lee if he could source a specific new model Rolex for me and sure enough he did and at a very good price, I would highly recommend Watches of the vale if you are in the market for a luxury watch.

What an amazing service! From seeing the watch I wanted to delivery was around 24hours!
Well packaged and EXACTLY as described
Probably the only company I’ll ever use now for watches! :)

10/10

Great experience. There is not much more I can say about this business and Lee in particular. He always is true to his word and never fails to disappoint me. So far I have purchased four watches from him, and counting. The AD ‘wait list’ days are over for me as I trust this guy 100%, which is why I’ll keep going back for anything else I need. He is also the person to speak to about trading in watches you don’t wear anymore.

Very professional.
Dealt with Lee. Very good prices. Totally happy with entire buying process. Watch arrived very well packaged. Would recommend.
