Watches Of The Vale  Omdömen

Great service. Total transparency and super quick delivery of a great watch. Lee’s communication is great, will 100% use again.

This is my 4th purchase with Lee. I asked him to source a 41mm Rolex Op 41 Tiffany Dial, there’s not many around but as expected he got one within a few days and it was with me by 9am the next day. Top seller and I can’t recommend him enough for the service, price and reliability.

I reached out to Lee via email in the hope he could source a watch for me. He instantly responded and we began talking on the phone & WhatsApp - no question was too big, small or silly for him to answer. He helped fantastically throughout the whole process and was able to source exactly what I wanted in an incredibly short period of time and kept me up to date throughout doing so. I can't recommend him enough and will definitely be using him in the future - a pleasure from start to finish!

Amazing services, fast delivery. Exactly as advertised. Great experience.

My 3rd purchase with Lee. There is a reason people keep coming back to him, he is simply the best. Best prices, best choice of watches, and the best customer service by miles.
Thank you Lee for another fantastic experience, and for going above and beyond yet again.

Great service from Lee. Easy to deal with, very responsive to messages. Watch was posted out quickly. Highly recommend

Brilliant service throughout would highly recommend. Thanks again watches of the vale

What an absolute pleasure buying from Watches Of The Vale. Great communication from Lee throughout and I am delighted with my purchase. Thanks Lee.

I would recommend this to anyone because I purchased a watch late one evening and it was with me next day.

Lee IS the ‘Watches of the Vale’ so the customer experience is paramount to his business and company ethos, and it really shows. Along every step of the purchase he has been fantastic to deal with. His knowledge is superb, his comms is first rate (I challenge you to not get an open and honest reply back from him within 1 hour when out of hours) and far quicker during the working day! He is extremely competitive against the other premier watch traders and will be my first port of call, as and when I decide to add to my collection. Delivery was incredibly fast, and I can only assume his shop is next door to the courier lol. This is how all traders of watches (or anything else) should behave! I became tired a long time ago of traders giving you the patter right up until they received payment, then turning cold or dismissive! Dealing with a certain AD is a nightmare and I refuse to play theirs games, but buying from WotV is a better experience overall without the drama. But what you really want to know is what my recent purchase from WotV is? Well, I purchased a Rolex OP41 ref 134300 silver dial, advertised as ‘excellent’ but was actually mint and unworn, and it is now my daily driver. It goes completely under the radar which works perfect for me. As advertised it is a ‘full set’ with both swing tags etc…
Thank you Lee and Watches of the Vale! Look forward to doing business with you again! AAAA+ Trader!

Fantastic experience!
Great company to deal with honest and great communication. Spoke to Lee about a watch on Friday morning had the watch delivered to my door exactly as advertised the next morning. Smooth transaction communication great too. Prices are the best I could find for what I wanted too.
Made me feel confident in buying.
Very happy with my purchase.
Will definitely be recommending and also using again.

Thanks very much.

First messaged watches of the Vale yesterday .. very good communication and put me at ease with my purchase .. less than 24 hours later my new Rolex sprite is on my wrist and I am over the moon with it .. Will 100% be back for my next piece … 5 star experience

First time buying from a secondary market dealer. Chose WOTV based on recommendations and reviews and glad that I did. Lee provided a professional service, good advice and a focus on making sure that I was totally happy with my watch purchase. I contacted Lee on a Friday and I had my watch on the following Tuesday morning. Excellent service. I have no hesitation in recommending Lee and WOTV.

I have bought several watches from Lee , and again another fantastic service .
I have collected my previous watches , this one , I had delivered . Next day before 1pm , recorded and insured ! Worked like a dream . He is 100% trustworthy, best in the business .

Another great purchase through Lee. I sent the payment yesterday, and the watch arrived this morning in mint condition exactly as described. I’ll definitely be buying from him again in the future.

What a company to deal with - I’ve known Lee for a few years - asked him to purchase a watch - he sourced cheaper that anyone could offer me - my son wanted a car instead so a change of plan - he purchased the watch back for a 1% loss on 10k - £100 - the most honest / loyal bloke you will deal with - Lee really appreciate the effort and service pal - Ade

Second time buying from here. Great lads, great communication and stunning watches.
