I received my plastic glasses as ordered and in a timely manner. Very pleased and would definitely by from again!

Have always had excellent experiences with Wasserstrom (think "Stewart" was my contact) when I was in the Restaurant/Hotel business and was in their distribution area. Now retired, I found them on the internet while searching for some culinary replacement items. As in the past, products purchased were exactly as wanted, reasonably priced and delivered quickly.

I was very surprised to receive multiple huge boxes, easily twenty or thirty times the size of the product within. It was unclear to me that Wasserstrom is a clearinghouse with, evidently, little actual inventory. Your shipping protocol strikes me as extremely inefficient

I bought some beautiful flutes and wine glasses for a gift for our wine lover friends. These glasses as sturdy non-leaded austrian crystal. They sparkle, feel great in your hand and are obviously restaurant quality.
They are really beautiful and cost much less than the well known brand that are sold in department stores. I have purchased my own wine glasses, flutes and stemmed water glasses from Wasserstrom, and always receive compliments from my guests. I am also very happy that if any do break, I can always order more. I highly recommend your online store to private consumers like myself. Also fast, easy delivery.

I ordered a dozen Oneida forks and I was pleasantly surprised as to how fast they were shipped. I'm so glad they sell silverware separately. I will definitely buy from them again.

I bought a pot, but it didn't come with a lid - I think it was pictured with a lid

The numbers of volume have to be placed NOT on the back of the tank, but nearby nipple-faucet. Numbers have to be coloured by any easy VISIBLE paint!

I purchased 3 retractable heat lamps for my restaurant. My purchase shipped out quick and the lights looked great once I had them installed. Very happy with my purchase and service.

I discovered Wasserstrom through a tireless search on Google and Amazon.com to find a replacement lid for a hot coffee thermal pot. I was searching for the original black lid, and had no idea that Stanley had also made an orange lid. The orange lid was the only one available, but since our thermal pots are used for Decaf anyway, it was a pleasant surprise.

Through my employer, the lid is not available - we would need to purchase an entirely new thermal pot just to get a lid, which is definitely cost-prohibitive. (As a sidenote, the whole thermal pot was priced lower through Wasserstrom than through our approved distributor.) Luckily, I was able to find the lid through Wasserstrom and ordered it right away.

The product was pristine and well-shipped. The transaction was smooth. I would have given five stars, but for the fact that payment was not taken from my account until THE DAY OF expected arrival, so shipment was late. In spite of this, I will look to Wasserstrom from now on before I search other places for replacement parts!

Very happy with everything

16 oz containers were immediately available, reasonably priced (all I ask for), ordering was easy, delivery was fast and they worked well for the intended purpose, Wasserstrom is a good company to do professional business with.

Wasserstrom did everything right except choosing who ships their product. The shipping company wanted a 4 hour window for delivery. They arrived well after the end of that period and never attempted to contact me to let me know. In fact, when I contacted them during the 4 hour window to ask if they had a more precise estimate for their arrival, they told me they would be on time. Shipping big, bulky items is costly, I realize that; but it shouldn't also be a nuisance.

I have ordered from Wasserstrom many times over the last five years and always received excellent service and quality products.

Ordered 24 beer can glasses. I was kinda nervous some would show up broken but they arrived pretty quick and all we're packed well and unbroken. Also the price was way less than elsewhere (couldn't find it from the Libbey outlet in Shreveport). I'm usually hesitant about buying from new places but I'd definitely suggest wasserstrom to others.

I purchased a number of hankies for the women in my family and almost every one responded with a reminiscence of a grandmother/auntie who she recalled using an elegant handkerchief. My note to them was "Tears of joy should never be shed in a kleenex"...hopefully they will use these for many weddings!

Ordered three weeks ago. Item was cancelled and there was no email notification. I knew because I checked the site and there it said the ordered was cancelled without reason. Not ordering from this company again.

Ordered some of these pants for my mom and they came quickly and with no issues.
