Bowls came on time and packed well. They were smaller than anticipated. We measured our existing larger bowls, and thought they were the same. We are buying for home use, and wish we could have had a variety of color choices. We are grateful to have a source for Syracuse-china, we have had our set for 12 years, and have broken a single bowl to date.

I was amazed at how quickly my items arrived. The price of the carafes was the cheapest I found anywhere and the quality is superb. I have a bed and breakfast and really appreciate their quality & pricing.

Great experience!
I had ordered 2 three tiered black metal racks for an upcoming event that were at an unbeatable price. When they were delivered, it looked like one of the boxes was demolished and there was a bent basket. I called them and explained what had happened and they sent me a new one free of charge and didn't task me with the hassle of sending the damaged one back. They were extremely polite and more than accommodating to my needs. I would definitely order from them again!

Wesserstrom is a very good company
I would recommend this company to anyone. The ordering process was easy, my order arrived promptly and in excellent conditon. Over all I am very pleased and would work with then again.

Seem to deliver for a reasonable price
The Spiegelau glasses came when promised, and the quality control on them is very good (only 1 out of 18 had a blemish). Ordered enough for many years, but would recommend to others.

Thanks for taking the time to fill out a "contact us" form and also give us your feedback on this survey. I was able to find out that the Edlund #2 Can Opener is the item you ordered and the item we shipped. I understand you contacted our inside sales team to tell them you didn't receive the base for the can opener. This item doesn't come with the base which we state in the product description. The inside sales person offered to return the item you purchased or asked if you wanted to purchase the base separately. We have to assume from the survey response that you are not happy with those offers. We want to keep all our customers happy, so the inside sales person left you a voice message on 2/25/15 to say we would be sending the base at our expense. I apologize that you didn't feel we were being honest and hope that this will resolve any issues. Thanks for your order.
Excellent products and service
I am a retail consumer and this was my first order. I ordered a high quality, commercial non-stick 6 inch round cake pan that was only available at Wasserstrom, as it is an unusual size. I am very pleased with the cake pan, the shipping was fast and delivery by FedEx. I will order again in the future.
