Great experience speaking with Anton at Warmup today about one of their wet UFH systems. He answered all my detailed questions clearly, and I’m left feeling confident about the system we discussed. I called Customer Service for on 17/11/25 for guidance on set up of the WiFi thermostat and I found the assistant had an abrupt manner. Her answers were direct and offered no more, not what I expected

I would 100% recommend Phil the engineer who completed a repair for us on the under floor heating. Phil was a consummate professional when he attended our home. Phil explained exactly what he was doing at each stage of the repair. He was so neat, tidy and very respectful of our gym in which he was working and thoroughly cleaned up as he worked. Everything was left perfect, you would not have know he had been there.

Fantastic customer services from start to finish. My old warm up thermostat 3IE Model which I’ve had since 2014 became faulty and sourcing the same model became a problematic as this model would heat up my kitchen tiles to 40C.
Anton was able to source a discontinued 3IE thermostat model from the warmup warehouse. The effort and courtesy to help me obtain a discontinued model was above my expectations. Anton and his team went beyond and I can’t thank them enough for their customer services. I’m expecting the thermostat next day (what can I say)?
