Easy to book in a check and repair of…
Easy to book in a check and repair of our underfloor heating. Phil came to diagnose the issue and very quickly identified the problem. It took a few hours to fix and he checked everything along the way. Disruption was minimal.

Shambolic customer service
The 'lead tech' I spoke to was extremely rude, showed no willingness to listen to the issue I was raising about my thermostat, and hung up on me twice without resolution - that's the customer service this company offers! Lovely! - now let's see if the complaints team ever responds to my email I've sent in

Won’t send out an order because the the…
Won’t send out an order because the the prices list by our order system were different from there’s, this could’ve been sorted over the phone . I was on site and no access to the ordering system but won’t take the order.

Giving a 5 star review for the repair…
Giving a 5 star review for the repair service from Warmup. I contacted warmup as we moved in to a flat and the underfloor heating in one room was not working. Received a prompt reply with clear instructions how to proceed. A repair service engineer Phil Scott came on time and provided us with an amazing service. He was very attentive and professional, explained exactly what he was doing and why, I was very stressed about this process, but he was calm and made it look very easy. Luckily to us he found the issue in the wall and we didn’t have to lift the floor. He even helped to me setup all the thermostats. Phil went above and beyond and took a very good care of us. I’m highly recommending warmup for the excellent customer service, very pleased.

Excellent service
I called for help setting up the app and unit and Anton could not have been more helpful. He talked me through each step clearly, knew exactly what the issue was and enabled me to get everything set up easily. He also advised on setting the timer and the most cost effective settings to use. Really excellent service.

Lesley at customer services on the bank Holiday Saturday evening was absolutely amazing with us, as we couldn't find a device number for our under floor heating system we bought from warm up!, not being tech savvy, lesley with great humour & care, talked us through the whole process, when 5 stars aren't enough 7 stars from us, im a lookalike for Brad Pitts brother Arm!!!!

Phil Scott was excellent. A pure professional: punctual, respectful of my house (took off shoes without bring asked) calm, knowledgeable and collected. Importantly, he was able to explain the problem coherently to me, someone who has no experience in heated floors. He even spoke with my builder to explain what the issues were

Refreshingly excellent customer care
Heating cable (DCM-PRO) and thermostat (6iE) supplied and installed by our bathroom fitters.
Anton was polite, helpful, and efficient in guiding us through setting up the thermostat, patiently talking us through the manual keypad settings and smartphone controls.
Registering the warranty online for both products was simple and straightforward.
