Prompt delivery of my product.
Once fitted by electrician he never programmed it & I was struggling to work out how to program it.
However this is when warm4less came to the rescue
A lovely lady called Hollie rang to see if I was happy with my purchase, when she realised I was having problems setting it up she arranged
for Ethan to contact me & he talked me through setting up my heater.
He was extremely knowledgeable & very helpful & has now explained the use of the remote & the settings to set up heater timers.
His instructions was concise & he was very patience while I was setting it all up.
If i need any more heaters I will certainly go back to warm4less from prompt delivery & exceptional customer service

This is my fourth infra red heater from this company. They are quick to respond and this last one was delivered in just a few days. I chose a long low heater to fit under the dwarf wall in my conservatory which it does nicely. The instructions for fitting ere very clear. The heater was left on for most of the winter and kept my cats and plants very happy. I can also recommend one for under your desk to keep you cosy instead of heating the whole house.

I like the panel but the controller is awful !

The heater arrived nicely on time. From the time of order Warm4less were keen to offer help with the heater, it was a nice touch.The heater works well and is simple to install and operate.
The only two things I would like to see is a larger screen on the remote and a way of seeing the room temperature without turning the heater on first.

I have used Warm4less a few times now. They always deliver promptly and I have had great communication with their customer service team. They are increasing their range of products and the prices are extremely competitive compared to other companies. I have purchased Infrared panels for all rooms in my house, this has resulted in savings on my bills as I replaced oil filled electric heaters. I would absolutely recommend this company. Very reliable and friendly.

The product works. Excellent delivery. We use the panels on wheels for taking the chill off bedrooms in the depths of winter. This works fairly well. I've only given 4 stars because being IR the optimum position is directly in front and I feel that if we had them ceiling mounted this
would have been 5 and perfect. The ceiling mounted may yet come

Bought an infrared heated mirror with led backlight for our new bathroom. Product works well and gives out a nice warmth while keeping the mirror clear at the same time. The led and heater switches are a bit fiddly so we just turn it on at the wall.

Found Warm4less online just by chance but glad I did. I wanted a low powered heater with a timer and thermostat for my garage so it could have the temperature kept above 7 degrees to stop gym equipment freezing. Low powered so it can run off a solar charged battery. The infrared 350w panel heater I bought works a treat - easy to set up, excellent quality and provides enough heat for me to remove my existing garden greenhouse heater which was over 1900w without a timer and am now saving money. Customer service is genuine which makes a change. Would definitely recommend.

I had been looking for an outdoor heater that could be thermostatically controlled. Found this company at the nec home building show. Got great advice, so I ordered one and the suggested stat to go with it. I’ve had superb support via the phone with installation.deliveries within 24 hours. The heater works perfectly. The process was simple, delivery happened quickly.
The heating/lighting panel is now fitted and working perfectly in my tiny downstairs cloakroom.

Delivery was as promised and the unit was very easy to install. I had a small wall mounted unit for an internal office. Provides just enough heat to keep the room warm enough. Make sure you double check the heat output versus room size before ordering so you will not be disappointed.

I wanted to replace some old storage heaters with infrared glass panels and had so many questions. I spoke to someone in sales who was so knowledgeable about the product and shared everything I needed to know with care and professionalism.
