Returns & Refunds are a Nightmare, Avoid!

Absolutely terrible company to do business with. Bought three items, none fit, sent them back for a refund, and it took them over a month to process! They charged $165 for "taxes, shipping & fees" and refused to explain exactly how they arrived at this amount. No clear policy upfront when you purchase that you would need to pay these fees at checkout, which violates EU law. Then they pointed to their return policy on their website, which doesn't clearly state any amount beyond return shipping, which I was prepared to pay. It took no less than a dozen emails to get my refund, and I will honestly never shop with them again. Sure, you save a few dollars, but when you need to make a return, whatever you saved is going to come out of your pocket and then some. Don't waste your time. Expensive lesson to learn, but I assure you, point taken.

Very disappointing refund experience

All fees not included

The store markets that all taxes and fees are included. On delivery, a significant surcharge was levied by the shipping company. The store’s “all included” pricing is deceiving.

We would like to clarify that the amount requested at delivery (around $30) was not related to import duties or taxes, but to carrier handling and clearance fees, which are applied directly by the shipping company.

As already explained in our private communication, all import duties and taxes for your order were fully covered by us, and in your specific case exceeded $100, which you were not charged.

Unfortunately, these carrier-imposed service fees are not classified as taxes and are outside our direct control.

We understand how this may be confusing and are working to make this distinction clearer for our customers moving forward.

Ho acquistato una mystery box da 109 €. All’interno ho ricevuto una camicia Aspesi indicata con valore retail di 210 €.

Dopo aver verificato i prezzi online per modelli simili, il valore reale sembra sensibilmente più basso rispetto a quello indicato. Ho quindi contattato il servizio clienti per chiedere chiarimenti e capire se fosse possibile trovare una soluzione.

Dopo una prima risposta non ho più ricevuto alcun riscontro nonostante un ulteriore sollecito.

Capisco che le mystery box non siano rimborsabili, ma mi sarei aspettato almeno un dialogo o una proposta da parte dell’assistenza. Nel complesso, esperienza deludente.

Sarei comunque felice di aggiornare questa recensione qualora il venditore decidesse di trovare una soluzione.

Tempi di risposta del Customer Care da migliorare molto!

L'acquisto si è svolto correttamente e il prodotto è originale del brand. Tuttavia ho dovuto rendere il prodotto per motivi di taglia e, nonostante il pacco sia stato consegnato a Wanan già il 13 febbraio u.s., non c'è modo di ottenere un riscontro in merito ai tempi di rimborso del reso. Ho provato a contattare il servizio di Customer Care sia via mail che su Whatsapp e telefonicamente, ma ho dovuto riscontrare la totale assenza di comunicazione da parte loro. Oggi 3 marzo mi hanno confermato il rimborso. Servizio di Customer Care molto da migliorare, almeno come tempistiche di risposta.

Told to Wait for Return Label, Then Return Was Refused

Return process is misleading – label never sent, return later refused

I strongly warn anyone considering buying from Wanan Luxury.

Order date: November 17
Return requested: December 10

From the moment I requested a return, I followed their instructions exactly. Over multiple emails, their customer service repeatedly told me — in writing — to wait because:

“Your return label is being prepared.”
“As soon as it is ready, we will send it to you via email.”

Despite these assurances, the return label was never sent.
At no point was I informed that I needed to take further action.
At no point was I warned that the return could expire or be rejected.

After weeks of waiting — as instructed by them — Wanan Luxury suddenly changed their position and refused the return entirely, claiming it was now “too late.”

This is not a misunderstanding. It is a direct contradiction of their own written communications and resulted in the company keeping my money while denying any return, exchange, or refund — despite the delay being caused solely by them.

Customer service responses were polite but inconsistent, evasive, and ultimately ineffective. Different representatives provided conflicting explanations, none of which address the central issue: the return label was never sent.

This experience raises serious concerns about how returns are actually handled and whether delays are used strategically to deny customers their rights.

If you shop here, be aware:
• You may be told to “wait” while no action is taken
• The company may later refuse the return due to delays they caused
• Resolving the issue may require formal escalation

I regret this purchase and will not buy from Wanan Luxury again.

We’re sorry to hear that your experience did not meet expectations, but we would like to clarify a few important points transparently.

Our return policy clearly states that original shipping costs and return shipping costs are non-refundable, as well as certain logistical and operational costs incurred in fulfilling and processing the order. Depending on the case, this may also include shipping insurance (if selected at checkout), return handling costs, oversized parcel fees, and additional carrier-related operational charges, particularly for international shipments and high-value orders.

Unlike many other international retailers, we do not charge import duties upfront at checkout. We absorb a significant portion of these costs internally in order to provide a smoother and more competitive purchasing experience. However, when an order is returned in full, the customer remains responsible for the actual non-recoverable costs already incurred, including:

outbound shipping
return shipping
shipping insurance (if selected)
non-recoverable logistical and operational fees
any additional non-duty import or carrier charges incurred during transit

In the case of a fully returned high-value order (approximately €2000), these costs can be substantial, particularly for insured international shipments and large parcels. These are not arbitrary deductions, but real costs that were paid and cannot be recovered once the shipment has been completed and returned.

We understand the frustration caused by the timing of the refund and the volume of communication required, and we acknowledge that this is an area where we can improve. However, the deducted amount was not a penalty, but rather the recovery of real shipping, insurance, and operational costs that the company cannot absorb in full in the case of a complete return.

As already communicated via email, we remain available to provide a breakdown of the charges applied in this specific case.

Honestly

Honestly, I wasn’t sure at first but everything went so smoothly. The package came fast, clothes looked exactly like the photos, and the quality is amazing. You can tell it’s not one of those fake luxury sites.

Never buy from this shop

Never buy from this shop. They are a scam site that takes your money; the packages never clear customs. Once the package is returned, they claim they cannot process the return and then refuse to issue a refund. If you do some research on WNN SRL, you will see that only one person is listed as an employee - bad idea to steal money from people.

Completo perfetto e in saldo!

Il pacco è arrivato in ritardo, però il completo era perfetto! Esattamente come quello della boutique e con 1100 euro in meno. Il customer care ha risposto alle mail e per il ritardo mi ha rimborsato 20 euro. Mi sono trovata molto bene. Consigliato!!

Ghosted Over Lost Package

I placed an order that was shipped in september. I was told it was working through US customs but not to worry as Wanan was working with UPS to get it cleared but due to the ongoing new customs rules, it was taking longer.

Over a month later I was told that Wanan could not get the item cleared and that they had worked to have the item returned to them, but my refund could not be processed until the item was returned.

One month later with constant non-informational updates from Wanan, I called UPS myself and was told the package was lost. Now Wanan has not responded to an email from me in 5 days.

Uno scandalo indicibile!!! Allego la risposta via Whatsapp, dopo quasi un mese d'acquisto, il reso, le email a cui nessuno non risponde e le spiegazioni al vento. Da cancellare per sempre!!!!! La risposta “ perchè vediamo che la spedizione è arrivata ma non è stata confermata dalla nostra logistica.” Il pagamento effettuato tramite BB il 16/10/2025 Ad oggi ne la merce ne il rimborso.

Buyer beware if you are from the USA

Today is 11/7/25 and so my experience with this company has been HORRIBLE. I ordered an item (10/28) and they did not provide the proper paperwork to UPS for customs clearance. I have sent several emails, left messages on Whatsapp, left messages via their online customer service portal but NOPE. Their customer service is practically nonexistent. I cant seem to get a hold of a competent representative assigned to my issue to help me resolve it…MY GOODNESS!! In order for me to get my order I have to practically to fill out and submit the paperwork myself..it’s not worth the headache!! I am the customer NOT the merchant so I should not be subjected to filling out customs paperwork. This should not be happening!! I PROMISE I will never shop here again.

Udate: today is 11/18/25

After constant and consistent communicating I finally received my package 11/14/25. I put in a request to Wanan luxury cancel the delivery from UPS because customs was not releasing the package due to incomplete paper work, but was told that cancellation could not be done. Eventually the paperwork was submitted I believe because the package did arrive. I ended up changing my rating from 1 star to 3 only because the item was at a really good price and they ship out fast! The customs issue and lack of consistent communication ruined the shopping experience for me.
