I recently completed my studies with Walbrook Institute London and couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. From start to finish, the support provided was exceptional. The course content was well-structured, relevant, and clearly designed to help students succeed, whether they are new to the subject or building on existing knowledge.

Communication was prompt and professional, which made the whole learning process smooth and stress-free.

What stood out the most was the flexibility offered, allowing me to balance my studies alongside work and other commitments. The platform was easy to navigate, and resources were always accessible when needed.

Completing the CPCM with Walbrook Institute London has been a very valuable experience. The programme provides a clear and well-structured overview of key payment topics such as SEPA, SWIFT, liquidity management, and regulatory frameworks.

Training material and constant follow ups to keep update or progress is great. Upon completion I submitted the diploma available (downloable) from LIBF expecting to be the one that I received latter. The 2nd has porwerfull impact in your Linkedid profile so would it be good if the users are explained about this.

I recently completed the Certificate in International Trade Finance (CITF) course with Walbrook and had a very positive experience.

The course is well-structured and easy to follow, even for beginners. The materials are clear and cover all key topics effectively. The practice questions were especially useful in preparing for the exam.

The online platform is flexible and user-friendly, and the support team was always helpful and responsive.

Overall, I would highly recommend Walbrook for anyone preparing for the CITF certificate.

Unfortunately the company has removed the option of doing exams in physical test centres. This adds additional pressure and concerns to students whether their device is compatible, and the very risk of technical failures on the exam day. Neither the website they use for taking exams remotely, nor LIBF/Walbroom customer service replied with a clear response on the technical aspects. All responses were a 'may be' or 'should be' with links to help pages, but no straight responses, despite clear specifications provided. Both teams referred the question back and forth, at the end said you have to buy the course before you can access a testing system to see if your laptop is compatible. It's been a disappointing experience. I hope they care enough for feedback to allow the option to go to test centres.

I studied for my Diploma in Asset Finance over the last 15 months.

The website was straightforward to use, study materials were comprehensive and exam booking was simple.

Overall, I found my experience to be very positive throughout and would happily study through Walbrook/LIBF again.

Please beware. I gave my test at home after months of prep, and according to them my recording at the time of exam being stopped for some reason. Now they will take 110.00 resit fee. I asked to give exam at their test centre to avoid this issue but they don't offer to give test at one of their centre. Very fair practice for making money by telling people that you violated terms of exam. Easiest way for them to make money now!

Completed all 3 CeMAP exams with LIBF, coursework was very straightforward and easy to navigate - purchased the mock exams which were very helpful too. Would definitely consider Walbrook for any further qualifications, my only reservation would be you can no longer sit exams at Pearson Vue and it must be done remotely.

When I started my career in financial services (many moons ago) I looked at both LIBF and CII. The CII was very exam heavy with lots of reading and no real practical work, where as LIBF (then IFS) gave a more practical approach, coursework, report writing etc. along side exams. This really works for me so I have stuck with the plan and about to sit my last FS exam, unless they bring out more or I start all over again 😁

I have recently been completing my DipFA with LIBF and comfortably completed all the exams. The final section was my coursework, which was to create a subtility report for an example client, up to 4000 words.

Unfortunately I did not pass the coursework. I have been looking for feedback on how to improve to ensure I pass next time, however I have been provided with one line of feedback, "Made some good points, more detail needed". I was roughly 100 words away from the word limit so would have been unable to add much more content. I called up to see if I could get some useful feedback and was told they are unable to do so as they have so many students.

I will now have to pay almost £200 to retake the coursework with no idea how to improve on my last submission. Wish I had gone elsewhere for my Diploma.

I enjoyed my studies as per flexibility the course gave me. I could study at my own pace, the material was well designed to suit my work demands. It was an enjoyable experience. I actually wrote my exams on a Sunday morning and another one early Monday morning, that is how flexible it is to allow you study and progress at your own time and pace.

The reason I chose the course was because of the content offered and I was not disappointed, it was very informative and at a digestible level.

One thing I would change is less video content as I personally prefer other ways of consuming my learning but that's a personal preference.

I chose Walbrook because of the promises around flexible online learning and student support, but sadly my experience has been the complete opposite.

They advertise strong student support and prioritising learners, but in reality there is no consistent Student Success Coordinator checking in, and when you reach out for help you’re often told there are no tutors or lecturers available to support you academically.

One important thing to note for anyone researching this provider: many of the positive Trustpilot reviews appear to relate to the LIBF side of the business and other professional qualifications, not the degree programmes. If you specifically read the degree course reviews, a very different picture starts to emerge.

Online learning is supposed to support people who work full-time or have life commitments and can’t attend a traditional campus. However, support is largely limited to office hours only, with no evenings or weekends. If you need help outside those times, you can be waiting days, which really impacts learning and progress.

I would strongly recommend reading the degree-specific reviews carefully and considering alternative providers before enrolling.

I have done my CDCS Certificate 2026. Exam is covered each and every aspect of situation faced in real world daily basis. You have to study properly and have crystal clear concepts, to pass it and get certified. However, Pertinent to mention here that Walbrook/LIBF Organization is to much helpful, supportive and professional all time, once you need them. Really appreciated it. Recommend to all Bankers and Global Trade related Officials must get CDCS certified to sharpen their knowledge, to handle day to day International Trade Deals/Business, prudently and with more confidence.

Just recieved terrible customer service. If you have any type of dyslexia or needs please avoid as they will just take advantage and keep making you pay. Spent a fortune with these and they couldn't resolve or help me in any way. Knowing full well they had me backed up against the wall to take more money off me. And now in debt just before Christmas.

I've completed 3 qualifications with the Walbrook Institute London (formerly LIBF). The most important thing for me is that the online materials, tutors and discussion forums allow me to fit study in around busy family life. Highly recommend.
