Excellent. Van was spotless and totally reliable. Perfect for our second family camping trip this year. We have loads of gear and the Kombi swallowed it all plus our family of 5. Graham is a pleasure to deal with and I was on my way with minimal paperwork on collection and drop off.

Amazing service and experience.  Only problem was booking because of new websites being set up and not knowing whether it's 'clarkies campers', 'Clark Commercials', 'John Clark Motor group', or 'vwfs'. Lee-Ann at the Aberdeen branch was extremely helpful and reassuring with all our questions and arrangements. The best piece of advice we had was the 'park4night' app which really helped with finding good nighttime stop-overs. We had the vw california ocean which has some amazing features. We went further round Scotland than we intended. The service from Clarkies was great and would would definitely hire from them again!

First class

I needed to clear a flat of some furniture so I rented from VWFS Speke a Volkswagen Transporter Short Wheelbase (SWB) with a 2.0-litre TDI diesel engine and 6-speed manual transmission. Using the website is really easy and Sean sorts all the admin stuff out quickly and efficiently at the desk. Each time I rent a vehicle from here Sean’s customer service is top notch, the vehicle is spotless and smells new. And the price always seems relatively reasonable. All in all, excellent service and great value.

We hired a camper for a week with our family of four, including two small kids, and drove to Wales. The team were amazing from the very first point of contact. Really accommodating, flexible and friendly. They explained everything clearly and were so much more helpful than any other rental experience I’ve had.

The vans are fantastic and the kids absolutely loved it. They have brand-new stock that drives like a car, and despite using it every day of our trip, it never felt too big or difficult to manoeuvre, even on tight and steep lanes.

Because you’re renting from a VW dealer, it feels like a really professional operation, and you can tell the vans are well looked after. We had a couple of questions during our rental and they responded straight away, even on a Sunday, which was brilliant.

I’d strongly recommend them to anyone and already have.

Great experience start to finish. Though the deposit was high but at least they took a debit card which was ideal in my case.

I apologise for not remembering the person the looked after me at Colindale but he was fantastic, a great assset for a Business, I believe this is the fourth year I have used Colindale VWFS Services for a Rental car and they have always delivered 10/10 service.
