Great customer service with nice, new rental vehicle.
Quick and attentive service provided by Connor. He made the process simple, answered our questions and got us on our way promptly.
During our trip we had an accident involving another vehicle and were not able to contact VWFS insurance due to my Canadian phone. Was able to get a hold of Connor who was able to provide suggestions as to how to resolve the issue.
The Skoda SUV we rented was a great little vehicle for our trip to the highlands.

Great experience and does not rip you off unlike others
I had an incredible experience with VWFS Rent-a-Car in Glasgow! They provided my family with a fantastic car for our trip to Liverpool when I couldn’t it anywhere else and for MUCH cheaper prices too, and I couldn't be more grateful. The vehicle was clean, comfortable, and perfect for our journey. The customer service was top-notch, and the entire rental process was smooth and efficient. Thank you, VWFS Rent-a-Car, for making our renting process smooth and cost effective ! I highly recommend their services to anyone in need of a rental car in Glasgow.

Booked online in advance before we left Australia
We booked the car before leaving Australia, an easy process.
The car was waiting for us on the due pick uptime.
Nice friendly staff who looked after us, made us welcome with a cuppa and biscuit.
We had the car for a week ,all went well, it was a nearly new Volkswagen.
On our return all again went smooth and they rang us a taxi to take us to Glasgow Central Station.
Will definitely use them again when in Scotland

Price unbeatable, service impeccable. Flying the flag for rentals. I also enjoyed a nice cup of british tea with a Biscoff biscuit in branch.

Excellent service
I had a terrific experience when I picked up and returned the Skoda Fabia that I rented for the September weekend break. The car was excellent and the staff were professional and friendly.
My only gripe is the time it takes to get the £250 payment back into my account.

Would highly recommend
Would highly recommend. Whole process is very smooth, nice cars, reasonable prices and helpful staff who deal fairly and honestly with clients. Zoe was very understanding in a very difficult situation so big thumbs up. Only quibble is opening hours. No key drop and not open on a Sunday so I have to bear that in mind while booking a flight.

The service was splendid
The service was splendid. I had a great hassle free process to rent the car. The staffs were very nice and helpful. The beautiful lady who assisted me explained everything and did the process nicely. While returning also the process was very easy. The car was very clean and new. I will recommend to all my friends 😇
