VWFS Rent-a-Car - Glasgow Provided me with a great 7 seat Skoda Kodiaq for a family holiday, the car was almost brand new and faultless for the whole trip! The service from Henrys Cars was excellent as always!

Everything was smooth with the booking process as well as the return.
Car was in good condition.

By far the best car rental experience I've had. Everyone I met was friendly and helpful, no queue. The showroom where you pick the car up is spotless and pleasant, the car itself was immaculate, pretty much brand new and very well equipped. All the paperwork is very easy to complete and quick. Was walked around the car to check for damage and then on my way. Returning the car was as easy as could be. Again everyone was friendly. A quick walk around to check the car, minimal paperwork and I was on my way in under 10 minutes. Will definitely use again and would highly recommend.

The rental process was very smooth, and the service quality was excellent. I usually rent from there and haven't found anywhere else with comparable service. However, I was surprised to see the price of the Fabia increase from £46/day to £70/day, which is a 52% hike. I found that increase to be exaggerated. Nonetheless, the staff there are amazing

Overall good experience. A bit unhappy at the fact that the rental car I was given didn't have a full tank of fuel as every other rental I've ever had did. This meant when filling up the car to return it, I had to guess how much petrol to put in. As this isn't that easy I put too much in and ended up out of pocket.

This is my second hire car from VWFS. Everything was perfect a lovely Kodiaq seven seater for our week in the lake district, I picked up the car at the time I requested the girl on the hire desk was very helpful and friendly, took us out for a walk round the car everything was fine and away we went. A full week of trouble free driving in comfort. Returned the car on time the girl gave it a check over 15 mins and I was away no problems. Thank you VWFS for a great service will be back.

Good service , great staff, simple to hire .only problem was warning light came on at end of journey … had to call AA , after checking , they couldn’t find any problems other than possibility of interference of 5G with key locking steering.. but it wasted 2hrs !! Otherwise great .Will be back

Always such a straightforward process in hiring a car, don’t bother looking anywhere else now.

Car was ready for me at the arranged time and was spotlessly clean inside.
I was walked around the car to check for damage and any queries I had were answered.
On returning the car again everything was dealt with quickly and I was only in the location for about 10 minutes.
This is the second time I've used them and I would have no hesitation using them again or, based on my experience, recommending them to anyone else.

Booking a car through this portal was super easy and it only took 2 mins for me to finish the process, At the car collection point my car was ready to be picked up and only took 2 mins to do all the paper work.
