I telephoned Vuse UK today, as I cannot get 6mg Vuse vapes anymore from Sainsbury’s, as I have given up smoking, and 6 mg is the lower end of what Vuse does, and I didn’t know you can order online.... Se mer

I have been a loyal customer for about 5 years. Orders are always on time. On the rare 2 occasions in 5 years of monthly orders I’ve had to contact them because of a problem, never originating from them but the couriers. I’ve been responded to quickly, with immediate action. After supplying the relative information, was investigated and resolved with amazing customer care. Sending missing products out and even extra pods to apologise. It is a great team they have. It seems quality comes as standard in every way.

I have been a customer of Vuse for more years that I can remember. The service is brilliant. The Customer Care is exactly what it says it is! They respond promptly and in particular Esma P has gone beyond the call of duty today in sweetly solving a problem for me that was entirely my fault for not following instructions on how to do something on my subscription.

The customer service agent Bianca was brilliant. I had a problem with my order being short. It was delivered by royal mail with a sticker basically saying package open now resecured. It was actually 6 packs short on my subscription. I let vuse know and sent them pictures and a vid of me opening the package. Within 12 hours a new package was despatched with the short fall in it. No quibble, no blame game, just sent and received the following day. Absolutely brilliantly handled and kept informed even over such a short space of time. So refreshing from a company. We'll done vuse, especially Bianca, you've got a gem there...

Placed an order 27th May and payment was taken immediately however Evri failed to deliver. Despite many chasers to Vuse I am still waiting for a refund despite them saying this was requested on the 4th June. Not impressed with the customer service
I have been with vuse for over 2 years now, (have a subscription) best vapes as I found other brands to be too harsh on the throat. This month my order was wrong, I email them and they sorted my issue straight away, within 2 days I was sending my wrong order back and had my replacement sent to me with 2 extra packs as good will. Great customer service!

I recently needed to contact vuse after a fudge up online choosing an alternative product. Vuse had kindly emailed me in advance of my subscription dispatch to let me know one item was oos. Unfortunately, when I got my email saying my items had been sent out the alternative pods were missing from order.
I contacted Vuse on their website using the handy chat function. I was quickly put through to Nora. Upon explaining the oopsy, she agreed to send out the seperate pods and said she'd follow up the next day to make sure my changes had been correctly updated on the system. As my subscription delivery was short I'd been charged a little more. I was offered either the difference in a refund, or another pack of pods. I chose pods as they're almost £7 in my little local Tesco express.
For me, a company being able to quickly address issues, with the minimum of fuss is priceless and will earn a lifetime of customer loyalty. Being able to chat online, then followed up the next day is fabulous customer service. The cost savings via the subscription package are substantial. Vuse has helped me give up cigarettes, I'm aiming to reduce the nicotine content of pods and stop altogether. Vuse is not only good for your pocket, it's good for your health, considerably better than smoking cigs. I like being able to recharge my vape, rather than those awful one tand done vapes that end up in landfill after the kids have flung them about the streets!
All in all, it's a 5 star review for Vuse, with an extra gold star for Nora, an excellent customer service representative agent. Well done!!

This company is very efficient and helpful. I have had cause to contact them only a few times and each time I have been very satisfied with the outcome. Shout out to Nora today! The website is a little clunky to use on a small screen and can be tricky to navigate to the right page, but that’s very minor. Much cheaper on subscription than buying over the counter.

Called and spoke to Yolanda re missing items. Was very helpful & made the experience easy. She sent me a declaration form to fill in which I did then emailed me to say my missing items + I extra pack as a goodwill gesture would be sent out today for delivery tomorrow. Great customer service👍🏻
