This company is a scam. They will take your money. I have contacted them serval times and they wont respond. They company is complete trash. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!
They are scammers!! There is no number to get in contact with anyone! And wont respond to emails. You cannot get shipping status...I REPEAT THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!

As a lot of people wrote before and it is also my own experience : DO NOT TRUST VSMEE. They get the money of your order, do not sent it and afterwards give you no answer or "we sent it again" what they don't do...

Am 08.12.20 bestellt, bis heute nichts gekommen!!! Reklamiert, na sie schicken die Ware wieder raus, da angeblich geliefert!! Klar, aber nicht zu mir🤣🤣 angeblich 7 Tage, scheinbar Turboversand, das war vor drei Wochen. Seitdem Funkstille, Mails werden nicht mehr beantwortet!! Für mich sind das Betrüger!!! Vorsicht!! Hätte ich gewusst wo es herkommt, hätte ich es eh nicht bestellt!

Retourneren is duur en voor een terugbetaling word je eindeloos aan het lijntje gehouden!Steeds vragen dat stelletje achterlijken hetzelfde waar na het stil blijft.U kunt de te retourneren troep van vsmee beter gelijk in de vuilcontainer werpen, dat scheelt een hoop verzendkosten!
Trap niet in hun gelikte website, het is echt troep!

I ordered a pair of boots that claimed to be real leather. They have not been shipped in three weeks, so I read some reviews and they all said the same thing...it's a SCAM! Most never received the item...and if they did, it was not real leather, a total scam!

I ordered a pair of boots from this website and they never arrived. I emailed the company but received vague responses. Luckily I made payment via PayPal and after a couple of months I was reimbursed through PayPal. I highly recommend anyone to not this website.

This website is a Scam. Bought 2 items last Dec. 8. Shipped to the wrong address. Its already Feb 8, still no items. Requested for a refund, no reply! I will rate them O “zero” if possible.

I got my order today.Feb.8 2021 and I got a bucket and a cleaning sponge instead of the pair of boots I ordered lol.I have another one pair of boots to come,I can’t wait what they will send me next🤪I spend $250 for both.

I ORDERED A PAIR OF BOOTS ON SEPT. 28,2020. IT'S BEEN OVER FOUR MONTHS AND HAVE YET TO RECEIVE THEM . I HAVEN'T HEARD A WORD FROM THIS COMPANY. IT'S A TOTAL SCAM . THEY ARE UNABLE TO REACH . DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM CHINA .

Don't even try to buy something from them.Scumers,lost 60$,sent emails to them they first replied with random tracking number stated that item was delivered but to the wrong address,then with the same number it shows the item still in China and I keep getting the same emails from seems like a bot.Stay away from them

Scam company. $ 70 lost. Promised return not sent. After 4 months I am fed up with writing more e-mails. Thieves. I report the case to a lawyer and other services in the USA.

DO NOT BUY shoes from this website. Boots received were a night-and-day difference in quality from the ones advertised. “Quality leather” - the ones received were flimsy as paper and faux-leather; have bought better shoes from Walmart. Feel and look cheap; completely unlike the boots advertised in their pictures. SCAM website.

Also, the shipping was lengthy and the tracking number provided was unhelpful. Half the text on the tracking site was in Chinese characters, and I never got a notice from USPS or DHL - who they were supposedly tracking through - not even once they were delivered. Were delivered in poor quality packaging - essentially wrapped in multiple layers of Walmart check out bags.

I ordered mens leather boots six months ago. When I contacted customer service they sent me the tracking information which is impossible to track anything by.

I wore another complaint to them. They said that they would send another pair of boots. That was three months ago. No boots have arrived.

I have asked for a refund of my money as the murchindise has never come including shipping costs. There has been no response whatsoever since the.formal request for my money back.

What ever you do, do not order anything from this site. They are a scam and thieves. You will regret ordering and paying anything.

Do not buy shoes on this website, product received is different from the one on their website. Also wrong size sen, took 50 days for delivery. They just pretty much try to copy the shoes on the website and they look disgusting. SCAM website...do not buy.

Absolutely disgusted with the item we received. Nothing like the 2 pair of shoes that we ordered. Have tried resolving this with customer service who were very nice at first and said they would send the proper shoes. After numerous emails from my end no reply from them. We feel we have been scammed out of our money.

Absolutely not satisfied. Article does not correspond to the announcement of the site and poor quality. Very long negotiation for the return (sofafans09) and, in the end, refund not corresponding to the agreed one. To forget. Never again.

Ich habe für 200 USD bestellt, aber leider hat mich nie eine Lieferung erreicht: Der Kunden-Support stellt sich tot und niemand hilft weiter.

Sehr billige Chinaware und ewig lange Lieferzeit. Rücksenden lohnt nicht, da die Versandkosten zu teuer sind.
