Ik heb een hele slechte ervaring met dit bedrijf. Na een mooie reclame krijg je een product van heel andere, slechte kwaliteit. Ik heb daarna gelijk contact opgenomen om het terug te sturen. Dat was mogelijk naar een idioot lang adres in China en was behoorlijk kostbaar. Ik heb het toch gedaan maar na ruim 4 weken is het bij hen nog steeds niet ontvangen.
Ik ben ervan overtuigd dat het een bedrijf is dat slechte producten verkoopt en niet bereid is ontevreden klanten hun kosten te vergoeden. Ik raad iedereen af daar iets aan te kopen.

This is a fraud, please take care of your spending and be careful with websites such as this one, it shows in contact details, when they only provide a simple email and nothing more, then you should think twice befor spending any money!
I ordered few items, non arrived after 3months, and no refund nor proper reply.
Money is gone, but I learned the lesson

Bought 4 dresses for my wife since May 2021, but until oct didn’t come and sent email to them to find out , they said ok we resend the replacement soon and I asked for tracking no, but they didn’t give it to us , they just said please wait patiently, until now nov 2021 my stuff still didn’t come and asked them the status of our stuff but they never replied, they really ripped us up , please don’t buy from this online shop anymore, this was my 1st experience been ripped off , all others online are better , that money you took from us is a donation for guys if you really need it 😡😡. C'est lamentable et probablement une arnaque. j'ai commandé et payé, je n'ai rien reçu ? après réclamation, ils me disent que mon colis est livré en me donnant une référence DHL qui n'existe pas ? Plus de nouvelle, ils ne répondent plus. Ne jamais commander quelque chose chez ces voleurs !

I begrudge giving any stars. I ordered a skirt but the one sent in no way resembles that which was ordered. I have used the email address given to request a refund and have yet to receive a response.
I would agree with the statements/findings of the other contributors that this company is just ripping people off and as such the consumer protection agencies should step in. I have tried to contact pinterest whose platform they are using and they have not responded either. They should have a duty of care to protect their users.

I've reported your so called company! Ripped me off nearly$60 and not received what I paid for! So.. all this money you have collected from everyone!!! And we don't get our paid orders!!! Think it's time I get my lawyer to check you all out!! If I don't get a refund!!! Or my order, I'm actually reporting your company to the police,on top of my lawyer,then I'm going to have it known all over YouTube, newspaper..NOT KIDDING!!!

Bonjour je viens de commander sur ce site vsmee.com oui c'est une arnaque tout s'est bien passé pour l'achat ensuite un suivi du colis un numéro de suivi si on regarde le suivi le colis arrive bien le colis est bien arrivé mais aucune adresse je me suis renseignée la poste c'est juste un courrier qu'ils envoient pour tracer le trajet à n'importe quelle adresse mais pas la vôtre comme ça vous voyez que le colis arrive bien de votre ville voyant que le colis n'est pas arrivé j'ai voulu aller sur le site je n'y arrive plus je n'arrive plus à accéder donc je refais la demande d'un mot de passe et là ça me dit email non reconnu j'essaie d'envoyer des messages à l'email pour un problème aucune nouvelle

I ordered and paid for a pair of shoes in May 2020. It is now July 2021 (14 months later) and the product never arrived.
I have sent the company many many emails. Initially got some lame excuses and later got no responses at all.
Please DO NOT order anything from this company. Better give your money to charities.

I ordered 3 pairs of shoes in March paid $150 US. They never arrived. I tried login in to vsmee to see what was happening and realised I did not have an account with them . DON'T BUY FROM VSMEE THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND THEN DELIGHT YOUR ACCOUNT.

They are scammers. Fake and liars, they gave a tracking number then said they would resend, that was 8 months ago. Do not buy from these fools.

I ordered and paid over $35 for a dress over a month ago. I WISH I HAD SEEN THESE REVIEWS FIRST! no sign of the dress and all I get from them is its in the warehouse!!!! I would like to know which government department I need to contact to save further misery for others. These people are scammers.
