I ordered a pair of boots in August and have still not recieved them. Wish I had read the reviews of this company BEFORE I bought from them!!
BEWARE!!!

if i could give negative i would. ordered in sept. they delivered my nightgown to new york, i live in michigan. they said they would send a new nightgown 2 months ago. no nightgown and now no response from customer service after several more emails to them.

The jacket I ordered was pure crap and it can only be returned to China! 90$ plus tracking to some town in China for a 40$ product. Stay clear of this company. Pininterest should show some responsibility and not give these company access to their platform. You are not doing your customers any service.

This company sucks, first it took a long time to received items. one item size was not correct and they said to send it back at my cost of 17.99 to china. Well who the hell is going to send a 38.00 item back for 17.99 via post office. I HIGHLY SUGGEST YOU DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND ARE RIP OFFS.

Rip off merchants. Received item, poor quality, not as advertised, too small. Was shipped from Sydney I was told to return to China. $35 in postage. They promised a refund on receiving item returned. Now can't get a response. Sent many emails. Beware!

I ordered and paid in full for a pair of shoes in May 2020. After numerous enquiries and complaints, I still haven't received the shoes and no refund.

No stars it should be. Waiting on boots ordered 3/21/21. Thought initially they were in a container stuck at Panama canal. Yep, read reviews before ordering, especially if in UK.

Bonjour, suite à mon msg je vous informe que nous avons reçu le paquet, mais ...... 2 emails envoyés au support et JAMAIS de réponse et ... le pire, la taille même une taille plus grande que d'habitude et vérifié les mesures en cm indiqués sur le site web ... la robe est trop petite, donc pour nous pour toutes ses raisons c'est fini et terminé cela ne vaut pas un sous !
information complémentaire qui m'étonne: sur le paquet l'adresse de l'envoie est: SK client, 2 rue des Voyelles, BP16041, 93290 Tremblay Seine Saint Denis.
On ne trouve cela nule part sur le site web.

An absolute scam!!! They copy photos of nice items but what you receive is NOTHING like the photo. I ordered cotton dresses and what I received was more like a shower curtain. I order denim dresses that were hideously copied and again like a shower curtain. I ordered a suede jacket that had wooden buttons in the picture but what I got was a weird metallic jacket with plastic buttons that weren't even the same colour as the picture. I ordered a woollen sweater and what I received was an awful polyester copy, similar to the picture by color only. Needless to say I wish I had checked reviews first!
Initially contacted the company to request a refund and ask where the items could be returned. No reply whatsoever so sought a refund directly from PayPal. After a long drawn out process PayPal declined because the items had not been returned. I'm so mad... how exactly am I supposed to return them if they don't reply with a return address!! A lot of money down the drain. Beware!

They claim my items where delivered. My cameras beg to differ. No delivery at all.

Emailed their support. They answered that they would check with logistics. Never heard back.

Emailed 3 more times. No response at all.

Now I'm out $90.

Horrible, said my order was delivered at 4 am via usps, we do not receive mail that early. Contacted company and told them I didn’t receive the item, they asked if I wanted another item sent, I agreed and I’m still waiting. Finally, I requested a refund, still waiting for that as well. Always check reviews before ordering anything. This company should be taken down.

I urge you, please do not order from this company. First, the quality of their merchandise is very poor.
I placed an order in March of this year, 2022, and as of June 17th I haven't received all of my order.
I have contacted the company several times with no response.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! TOTAL SCAM! I ordered some shoes from them a year ago and never received them. They have the worse customer service I have ever seen.

I would rate no stars, just wished I read the reviews before I wasted £60

This is a scamming company. Please do not order from here. I ordered a beautiful dress in March. On April 20 it was delivered to someone in another town and not my address. I called uPS and the tracking number was not associated with my name or my address. However my email still received the shipping info saying it was delivered to my address. Ups told me otherwise. Since then suspicious activity has been linked to my card. Two fir 48 cents and the other for over 1000 dollars to Apple. Thankfully my cvs company did not allow the charges. Please do not order from this company.

No rating would be more appropriate. This company never sent my package and gave me a fake tracking # when I asked about it. I called my local usps and they said the tracking # didn’t exist and no packages were delivered to my address that the company gave me. I have learned a valuable lesson about this China based company…never order from it.

It is been 3 months and I am still waiting for my pair of boots. Why this website is still online?

Commande passée en janvier 2022, confirmée par le vendeur avec N° de Cde (VS00000557). et N° de suivi du colis. Ensuite le colis n'est jamais arrivé. Suite réclamation Vsmee m'informe d'un nouvel envoi, qui n'est pas mieux arrivé! Depuis silence radio à mes relances. J'aurais bien aimé contacter Pinterest qui fait d'une certaine manière la "publicité" pour leur produits. N'y a-t-il pas un site officiel en Chine pour intervenir dans ce genre de litige ? Le site Vsmee semble toujours actif sur le Net.! Déplorable pour l'image commerciale du commerce chinois

I bough dresses from December 10 2021 till this time March 20 I did not hear or get anything from these guys. I sent more then 30 emails to them, no responded I am looking the telephone number for these terrible guys.

Never received my order which was ordered months ago. When I enquired about it I was told they would resend it. This looks like a scam company, I can see others have had the same problem.
