The straightener is good. However comparing to my previous GHD straighteners which lasted 5 or more years on both occasions, the Voduz straighteners have lasted just over 2 years, and they are only used once to max twice every week since I purchased them. The cable has caused bother for the last 3 months as they turned themselves off during use. On my last use smoke started to rise from the cable that attaches to the straightener end.

Fantastic customer service, Katie is so kind and helpful. The voduz range is amazing I love the heat protection spray, and the blow out pro hair dryer is my favourite hair dryer. I was devastated to lose the filter cover and Katie was so helpful in sending me a new one.

I placed an order for a shampoo and conditioner bundle and a prep talk texture spray. My order arrived packaged well and very prompt. My prep talk texture spray was missing from my order when I opened it, I emailed the customer services email and Katie came back with a fast reply and sorted my missing item to be sent out to me. First class friendly service.

Love all the vooduz products. Particularly the velvet crown and the conditioning leave in makes your hair feel so soft. I also needed to cancel an order and it was so seamless. Just sent off email. Katie replied to me and refund on the way to spend on other voduz products.

I contacted customer service in relation to an order and I had a reply and it was sorted within a couple of hours. Great customer service and products.

Very disappointing customer service experience.

I ordered a Voduz waver 3 in 1 online along with the straightener but realised it was 4 in 1 my daughter was wanting. The product was never used, powered on, or heated. One attachment was briefly taken out only to show her the product, as I was trying to see if she would keep it instead of returning it, as I had a wand, she uses, but teenagers wants their own products. When she didn’t want it, I returned the item unused and reordered the correct 4 in 1 directly from Voduz, not waiting for the refund to be processed.

Voduz refused the refund and sent the item back to me again, claiming it was not in “original condition” due to packaging presentation such as a missing plastic bag, a missing twist tie, and the cable not wrapped exactly as factory packed, along with a slight tear to the outer box, which I'm putting down to damaged in transit. The product itself was unused and intact.

I have always supported Voduz products and have purchased multiple items this year including advent calendars and styling tools for my daughters, so this was extremely disappointing. A chargeback is now in progress with my bank, supported by 17 emails showing the reasons given for refusing the return.

Buyers should be aware that even unused items may be refused if packaging is not exactly as it arrived.

Made an enquiry regarding a discount code, staff emailed me back with the information I needed, so helpful.
Not to mention myself and two teenage daughters are now obsessed with their amazing products, all of our hair is so soft and shiny 😍 for these reasons I wish this company nothing but success and I would highly recommend them!

I would highly recommend Voduz Hair. I had a few problems with an order so I contacted the customer service team who apologised and assisted me very quickly to resolve the issue.
This wouldn’t put me off from buying from them again as it was resolved so quickly and lovely products.

I emailed voduz hair today as I had ordered a product on line without adding discount.
I received an email straight away and the offered me a refund.

I am a frequent user of Voduz products and consistently find them to be excellent. The delivery service is reliably prompt. On one occasion, an incorrect item was included in my order, but this was rectified swiftly and efficiently by your exceptional customer service team.

The customer service team couldn't do more to help when my order didnt arrive. They were prompt and re-sent the order with a different courier to try and ensure the order was received before Christmas. Unfortunately the second order also did not arrive and Voduz immediately investigated and offered the opportunity of a refund or a third dispatch of the goods. I opted for the goods as they were a present, and they arrived promptly. First class service which I was very grateful for.

Expensive items that dont last outside of warranty, item purchased as a gift for my daughter November 2024, opened and first used 25.12.2024, item stopped working 28.12.2025, no assistance available as out of warranty offered a discount to repurchase!! For prices paid I would have expected at least more than 12 months and 3days out of the product, it's not like its being used in a salon on a daily basis....disappointed Voduz

10/10 experience.. Ordered as a Xmas gift and the team were very responsive and helpful on my tracking question.

Ordered an item on 4th of December, still didn’t arrive. No customer service exists, sent several emails and got no reply!
Don’t waste your money, scammers!

Brilliant customer service from start to finish 😀so helpful and understanding. Love voduz products using them 3 years and never looked back . My hair has never been as healthy and always asked have I hair extensions no it’s all mine 😀
